The ongoing building work was no problem and the workmen were friendly and helpful. Premier staff very helpful efficient and Jolly. The only downside is the resteraunt not being connected to the hotel rooms. The walk outside in the cold required outdoor clothing for breakfast😀

This is hard. Staff, food and room was excellent, but wasn't told about the building site or the builders working on a Sunday when you wanted a nice Lie in, think premier inn as a company should of had the good manners to let people know before they arrive about things like that,

Arrived with suitcases and a large cake! The night time reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, insisted on helping with everything. Room was changed to a ground floor to make things easier. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Peaceful nights sleep. Nice one.

Major rebuilding work happening on site but that didn't affect us . Workmen were friendly and pleasant too, and apologetic about the upheaval overall a great few days at a lovely location . Room clean , staff friendly smiley faces , food on site could have been better
