Dirty, mouldy and run down. The place is falling apart, literally. Our last night we woke to the gutters falling off. The worst place I have ever stayed, could not wait to get home. What a nightmare. Beware of false reviews!! This is not a nice place to stay, the rooms are not sound proof and the view is really nothing special. Neighbouring room moved out after one night as their room stank so much they couldn’t sleep. The clubs are noisey and fan had only one speed, we had to use it to block out the noise. The couches are not cleaned and needs to be thrown to the tip. Disgraceful!!!

I’m sorry to say but we came across three cockroaches in our apartment during our stay (who knows how many more) as we didn’t dare look under the beds it was depressing enough as it is. Apartment 9 is spacious and Wayne from reception approachable. We understand the apartment is old and the leather fabric on the couch was in very bad state - it’s quite embarrassing to use them still as you can find better quality from hard rubbish. All in all, as a respect to paying customers - please look into and follow up on reviews. Thanks.

We chose based on reviews, but also location, and the location and the fact that the sheets were clean are about the only positives I could report. The bed was as hard as a rock and the space very crowded and unloved. The vinyl on the sofa was torn and the curtains were grubby (see photos)

Went from Nomads which was awful to this place which was worse! We booked 2 nights stay here after leaving Nomads 2 nights early due to the bad experience, dirty accomodation and false advertisement of facilities in their Queen en-suite. This place was just as dirty! Then there were the drunken druggies staying upstairs in the apartment above us! They kept partying all night! They were so loud I rang the manager and asked him to come and tell them to stop it as it was way past 10pm and we needed to sleep! All he said was he would call them. They kept going so My husband then proceeded to go upstairs on 3 separate occasions to tell them all ( drunk and drugged boys and girls) to stop being so noisy and have some consideration for the people staying downstairs as we are trying to sleep! His efforts fell on deaf ears! They continued at it all night and into the early hours if the morning(around 4am) My husband did not get any sleep, and I got very little. We had booked 2 nights stay here, however checked out the next morning after the sleepless night we had encountering the upstairs party animal druggies! We complained again to the manager upon check out a day early! Don’t stay here if you want sleep or a clean apartment to sleep in!
