Basic but very friendly motel. Room clean and beds comfortable. Lovely brook runs at the back of the motel. Walking distance to the town. Good laundry. Hotel located in a quiet area. Not saying that it was a noisy town. No airconditioning only pedestal fan.

A simple motel but the rooms were large, clean, warm and had excellent beds and it was located just walking distance from town. What also impressed me- I regularly stay at hotels at twice the price and am always p'off that they give you shampoo but not conditioner sometimes . This hotel not only had conditioner but also body lotion...

This is hard to fault for the price. Our room was reasonably clean, freshly painted and spacious with new carpet. Nothing flash but we'd stay here again. Well located just a four minute walk from the centre of town and set back off the main road which is far from busy. The Queen River flows behind the motel in lovely...

Good basic clean accommodation with a little stream running out the back. Double or family rooms. Value for money - they have electric blankets. The continental breakfast delivered to the room is quite expensive though.

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Extra bonus that they where doing their takeaway menu. When we booked was told that they were not cooking but they recommend any alternative venue. Glad they cooked the food was great. Owners very friendly and helpful regarding the sites, venues and locations in the town. Great nights stay.

The location of this motel is perfect; only 300 metres from the centre of Queenstown so it makes for easy walking to and fro. The two bedroom room, with capacious separate bathroom was comfortable and fitted out with everything we needed. The view from the picture window was wonderful: a running clear water rivulet amidst lush green trees and flowering...

My sister and I stayed here for two nights. The room was warm and inviting and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge and I was delighted to be served by my lovely ex student Cheynne. This motel represents amazing value for money and we will definitely be back.

Clean and quiet. Lots of little extras in the room. Pleasant 5 minutes walk to the main street of Queenstown. Free parking. Paying wifi (although it was fairly cheap). There's a restaurant on location that serves pizza among other things, but I didn't try it.
