Combined conference with family holiday, and pool and beach was a must: check! Rooms of a very good standard, free wi-fi for IHG members (free to join), we had a room with pool view - which also was sea view. Pool area is exactly what you need, breakfast buffet was excellent; the self-service fresh fruit/veggie juice bar was great, good...

Stayed here for 2 nights, our room was facing coogee beach. They have covered parking for $25/night. Hotel lobby's good size but could do with a little bit updating. Our 2 double bed room was large, but bathroom was a tad small and I find the tub too high. Room was clean, comfortable apart from the very soft bed and...

We stayed 3nights for a conference through work. The conference venue side of things seemed perfect. Good use of the rooms. Staff always around to help with problems. Conference food was pretty good too Our room was adequate given we weren't paying for it. I would be more disappointed he'd it been at our expense. I require a disabled room....

Staying in Coogee

Neighbourhood Profile
Coogee
Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs that does not have big waves, making it an excellent family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity footballers! A little further south is Wylie’s Baths, offering sweeping 180 degree views over the Pacific Ocean, and it is perfect for a swim or a few laps. Plenty of dining choices surround the beach, including the famous fish and chips.
