This was our first time at Smugglers Cove and we spent the entire car trip home talking about when we can go back. I could not fault the customer service we received from start to finish and all I can say for the people who have complained about the service here is that they must be very difficult to please....

I spent a few days here with my family and kids and was very happy with our stay. Our cabins (though a bit old) were obviously well-kept, looked and smelled clean on entry. I was very impressed with the amount of entertainment that they had available to keep all of the kids busy - games, kids pools, movie nights and...

We stayed four nights for the price of three on a winter deal. Huge grass site suitable for our large van. Spotless amenities and at this time very quiet. You can walk to the lake form here and drop a line in. Staff very nice and accommodating and it's close to town and the shops

Please don't go . Even though we were a massive group the service was terrible. We booked restaurant and they knew we were a large group when we arrived no staff, no food and no apologies . The attitude was so what . We even had trouble getting our money back even though we had waited hours and then told...

Thank you for your comments. May I start by saying how sorry we are for the events that happened on that night, some of the events totally out of control. There were more people than anticipated not only with your group but with the other group that turned up and the restaurant just could not handle that volume. Our assistant...

The cabin was a little small but well equipped for one night stay and exceptionally clean. Friendly staff and comfortable beds......the grounds are a children heaven. Our kids got all they could out of the swimming area. Highly recommended for families.

We rented a 2 bed roomed cabin for 6 nights. The cabin was well appointed, with TV, microwave and basic cooker. Shower was good for a cabin. Beds firm, with fan in main bedroom and a.c for unit. Best part was the pool area, with 2 good pools for children. A camp games room and TV room, would be useful...

We were recommended to this place and I wish we weren't. Needs a good paint Beds were extremely uncomfortable, we were considering leaving at 2am but decided it was to hard to pack up. Air con doesn't work and the cabins are boiling hot and outdated. 6 bed cabin has a 2 seater lounge and was very cramped. The day...

Smugglers is a really special place for the kids to have a fun active holiday. This is the place to bring your kids if you want them to have fun with the family in a safe happy environment. Our bure is spacious and clean. There's a generous amount of foxtel channels. The resort pool is clean and enormous fun. The...

Would seriously look at other places in the area after staying at this run down "concentration camp". Compared to other parks this one is highly overpriced for dirty , rundown amenities, roads with potholes and poor drainage in the wet. Required to wear arm bands and must be in bed by 10pm or a security guard gives a stern talking...
