I stayed at the snow valley resort as part of the ozsnow package. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accomodation is good and even provides a heated pool, sauna and spa. Bar is lively with live music and djs, so if like to party, its a fun place to go! Good views of the lake as well!

Rooms, buffet breakfast and dinners are cosy and social, perfect for our large group ski trip, there were so many people the bars are great with helpful staff and warm fires. Ski hire priced well and easy to pick up/ return staff really know the gear and the area. They had such a good range of food every dinner including...

went as the organiser of a school trip to Perisher. This accommodation was part of a full package for school kids. obviously my first priority is safety and enjoyment of students. I think the biggest problem people think is that they are going to the Sheraton or something. It was basic, very much like a backpackers or a hostel. Really...

I was left at the snow by this company and had to make my own way back not only from there to Jindy, but also to Sydney. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to for a so called tour operator to count the number of people on its bus. According to the cab driver that drove me from...

I had the displeasure of travelling with Oz Snow this weekend for a booking of 6 people at the River Inn. ($350pp) Incident #1 We arrived at around 2.30am to River Inn and were told everyone (even the people who booked at the cheaper Snowy Valley Inn $249pp) ALL got free upgrades to the River Inn. This would not have...

1. Only had 5 beds for 6 people even when we especially took the effort to pay for an upgrade at River Inn (one of the beds is a bunk, the other a 1 person sofa-bed with no mattress) 2. Reception refused to move us for 2 hours until finally another room magically appeared at 4am. 3. The bathroom on...

We went with OzSnow. The bus ride was great, comfy seats. The room was okay...the bathroom was clean. The staff there were very helpful and nice. We will defiantly be going back soon. Nice and affordable accommodation. The food was good also, I enjoyed the breakfast selections.

Took Ozsnow trip down to the snow for weekend from Sydney. Really bad company. I have been on bus trips to the snow before and the level of incompetence was mind blowing. Getting on the bus in Sydney there was no checking of who had arrived and who had not, and who was on which bus, with various buses leaving...

This resort has made a website called Jindyhire which is attached to the resort, however, it is lacking in customer service BIG TIME!!!!! They have used Jindyhre as their web name and are actually accidentally attracting those who use Jindysnow hire who have exceptionally brilliant customer service and super cheap prices. They refuse to refund money already sent 'it is...
