The Station was a linked accommodation option from the Perisher/Epic website. Since reception was staying open very late on the Friday night to welcome the drivers from Sydney and Canberra, this was the easiest place to book and stay without knowing much about the area....More
Whilst clean, the bedding, doona and especially the pillows had definitely seen better days.
In general the whole place is stuck in the 80's and not in a good way including the food.
This place needs a huge overhaul to bring it into this century....More
We stayed in the 2 bed apartments and it had a good size kitchen and large dining and living space. Very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen even had a dishwasher, which is not available in every hotel like this. Good value for money.
We usually stay in the motel style rooms here and have always been happy with them for just our family of 4, great amount of space and comfy beds to rest weary skiing legs in at the end of the day. Motel rooms don't have...More

Hi, we are travelling down and staying at the station in the school hols. I've read the reviews about the noise. Does the station consider families and placing them in a separate area of the motel. We have booked a motel room but are light sleepers so am concerned about noise which will create a problem for our families. Cheers.

You can be unlucky with noise anywhere that you stay. This is a very large spread out property and only a few rooms are near the main bar/restaurant area. I would request to away from that area to minimise noise in case they have a band playing etc. Its also a good thing to be not too far away from this area as it has a good pizza shop and the walk at night can be pretty cold in winter. Security was present and willing to assist also.
