A friend and I stayed here for two nights and found it to be quite comfortable. Very close to all the shops, the beach and restaurants. Just across the street is the Surf Club which was pleasant. Can't come into park the car from the esplanade, actually have to go down the street behind the resort to do so, but...

The Landmark is a self catering apartment and we have stayed there twice as the location is great.First time was seven years ago on the 8th floor and this time on the 10th floor. We stayed in a studio unit which was fine for 2 and had a lovely view over the river.Everthing was the same as last time decor but...

Hi Julie Thank you for your positive review, it's great to hear that you returned after such a long hiatus. Thank you also for your feedback on the shower and the bed. It's disappointing to hear about your experience with the bed, as these have been replaced right throughout the resort with high-quality mattresses and we have had very positive...

Apartment 215 was a little gem. Home away from home. Time share but the owners obviously took great pride in their apartment. This apartment looked out to the back of some beach front shops and then the beach. A huge split level balcony allowing many different aspects of Mooloolaba. Right on the beach and in the middle of cafes, coffee shops...

Hi Dona Thankyou so much for your positive feedback. We are certainly very lucky to be right in the heart of everything that Mooloolaba has to offer, and the Surf Club do indeed offer some great specials. We have a number of renovated bathrooms that offer a large walk in shower instead of a spa bath, and would encourage you...

The Landmark Resort is marketed as a 4.5 star resort, however it feels more like 3.5 star. The customer service is average and the rooms are overdue for renovation. The furnishings in my room showed clear signs of ware. Occasionally I saw ants in the kitchen, indicating inadequate housekeeping. The best part of the hotel is its location right next...

We chose this resort as it is close to the beach and other attractions as well as restaurants. We stayed in a studio room with a view of the beach. It close to transport and easy walking to the beach. Would stay here again. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooftop spa has wonderful views over the ocean and canals. We...

This was our third stay at Landmark and we were there for 9 nights. As always the location just across from beach & right at the shops of Mooloolaba was fantastic. We started in a studio room - on the shady side of hotel with little view. Once we moved into a studio on the beach side with a sunny...

We recently stayed for 3 nights in a partial ocean view room. The view was quite good though even from level 3 where we were. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small in comparison to other units we have stayed in. With two young children it was very cramped with all of their stuff....

Like a couple of other contributors you could be in a unit that is spacious or one like a shoe box. We had the latter. We paid extra for 1 bed Studio Beachside. You can just see the water between the resort and the hotel next door. Very cramped so be aware. Glass cook top with 2 rings. microwave, small...

Stayed here for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Great views over Mooloolaba Beach, Point Cartwright, Buddina and all the way to Caloundra. Room was well appointed with full kitchen, including dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. Laundry in the room - washer and dryer. Separate bedroom. Large balcony with outdoor furniture. Location is fantastic with Surf Club across the...
