Stayed here for 10 days in April 2021.The room was clean and neat with all toiletries, cutlery, washing powder supplied. They contacted me about room service when I was out and they done a good job cleaning when I was out.Great wifi in my room and close to the beach and restaurants.Nice pool/bbq area and tidy surrounds.Reception was friendly and helpful my only gripe was the tired balcony but when you stay for 10 nights and only pay for 9 I can't really complain.
If you are looking for a cosy little place close to the beach, affordable and fully self contained then this place is ideal. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Great kitchen and even washing machine. Perfect! They also offered a discount if you booked direct.
I wanted to change my booking from 8 nights to 4 night and the dragon lady (reception lady who I think owns the place) was such a MOOOOOOO COW. She said that we had to pay for ALL 8 night even tho we wouldn’t be staying that long! Then when we told her we aren’t paying them nights she said you either pay me for the 8 nights or leave now and pay nothing as we were walking out of the reception office she mad a snarky comment that went along the lines of “ good luck finding somewhere else so cheap”, so we left and the DRAGON LADY still tried to take 68$ from us! Thank god the hotel down the road to this crapp place is great! :)
When I first walked into my room it smelt like urine x1000. The inside of the toilet seat was covered in splashed faeces, the toilet water was running, there was blood on one of the arms of the outside chairs. It took them 2 days to clean it off for me. No washing detergent, no laundry powder, no toilet paper, no hand soap. I bought my own things. I stupidly paid for an extra 2 nights and they had obviously not checked their computer, I was sick in bed and they tried to enter my room to clean it. Such an invasion of privacy. The staff were rude, never smiled, were very blunt in their responses. No one was ever available in the office or via phone. The people living in the apartments have parties every night of the week so I hardly got any sleep. The aircon sounds like a jet taking off. I had to thoroughly wash all of the cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc. myself because they were filthy. Even if you’re desperate, I wouldn’t recommend staying at that place at all. -0/10…
The place is quiet and you have the amenities you want in the room. Decent kitchen and shower. In the courtyard, you can find a lot of vegetation and a small pool (but the ocean is so close -> we did not use the pool). You are provided with free parking. you do not have to book instead. The place is a walking distance (maybe 15 mins) from the beautiful beach where you can find some restaurants and bars. Nearby you can find a shopping area (down on the main road, the Night Owl). The nearest gas station is in Clifton (@ 6 kilometers far from the hotel). Overall, the landscape in Trinity is cool. The price was fair, so we recommend this place. As for minuses: The furniture is quite old and you do not get very comfy. There can be noise generated by the neighbors because the walls are very thin. In spite it is situated on the main road, we did not have experienced noise from the traffic. But instead, we had some noisy neighbors. Enjoy…
Except for the convenient location and spacious layout, we didn't really enjoy our stay. The facilities in this serviced apartment are old. Something didn't work e.g. exhaust fan, and it make the room smelling when cooking. Cutlery and plates/ pans were not very clean so we had to clean everything before using. The biggest problem is the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it basically sinks (the spring mattress is way too old and it had funny sound when you sit on it). We had backpain after the first night and the pain persists because of the terrible mattress. Maybe I am just unlucky to get a bad room but I don't recommend this place.
We stayed for a few nights and adequate for our needs although some things were in need of repair or replacement. Crockery and glassware was a bit hit and miss. The bedside lamps were in need of replacing and the bedside tables were old and tatty. The shower door had to be lifted to shut and the bathroom door jammed. The plusses were ...a big new fridge, a comfy bed and washer and dryer. All in all an average apartment.
My husband was coaching a soccer team in Trinity Beach so we decided to make a weekend out of it and book into Trinity Beach Pacific. For what we paid for two nights I admit I was a tad anxious about what we were about to encounter however I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. The studio room is equipped with kitchenette, fridge (medium size), washing machine and dryer as well as a private balcony. We also had our twin 1 year olds with us and the place was very baby proof as well as having enough room where they could run around without getting into much mischief. The room was very clean as was the bathroom area, no mould etc in shower, toilet clean and the usual complimentary shampoo & conditioner items. I have paid a lot more simply for a bed and TV so this place is a great base if you intend to cook at home etc. The portocot fit perfectly without being to much of an instruction. I would recommend it to couples or to families with small children. Check in was easy, we arrived after hours so collected our keys and info from a night safe after picking up the phone next to it and speaking to someone. The beach is literally 5 mins walk and there are several cafes, restaurants near by if you prefer to eat out. Will definitely book again.…
I stayed at the Trinity Beach Pacific during a 3-week visit to Australia in November 2017. The hotel is located in the wonderful little community of Trinity Beach. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes stroll to the beach front with restaurants and bars in one direction and an assortment of shops including a grocery store in the other direction. My room was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was fab. The room was very well appointed, extremely clean, and everything worked !! The room was kitted out with a kitchen area, which was stocked with anything you may need to cook, the bathroom had a washer and dryer in place and my room was serviced during the middle of my stay (as I stayed longer than one week). You get your own undercover car parking space, use of the BBQ grill in the patio area and a great corner pool that everyone can share. They also offer free wifi, which was working very well when I stayed. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, booking a number of tours for me, and even when I needed to cancel one, it was no hassle and they went out of their way to get it all sorted at short notice. Overall it was a really pleasant stay which made my time in Cairns that much more enjoyable.…
I had a studio apartment and found it comfortable, well appointed (more in the kitchen than in my home!). Plenty large enough for a couple, I had asked for, and received, a ground floor room, which had its own little courtyard, I found it a bit far from beach, shops and restuarants, but more fitter people wouldn't have a problem.
