accommodation was quaint and very noisy when penquins arrived underneath and possum on roof. Good fun though. Main concern wa price we paid compared to the rest of our trip around Tasmania. Twice as much as next night in St helens. Idea of complex is right but getting tired.

Hidden in a natural setting this place offers cabins and small apartments. Ours was very clean and had a beautiful modern bathroom. We were very happy here and felt like we were in the bush. The beach is on the opposite side of the road so great if you like walking. Recommend this highly!

WOW... this place is beautiful. Such a hidden gem in the middle of a small town. We walked in and were greeted by the owners with big smiles. They showed us to our cute little cottage which was pink from the outside. It was relaxed, comfortable, romantic and cosy. Exactly what we wanted. It felt like we were in NZ....

Bicheno by the bay was superb. The onsite management were all smiles, so generous and only too happy to help. Their knowledge of Tasmania is remarkable and their recommendations for sightseeing and day trips was spot on. Nothing was too hard. The accomodation was beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and our cabin had everything we needed. Thank you Bicheno...

Having read reviews, we were expecting more. The cabin was rather dusty and every floor board creaked - making nightly trips to the toilet very noisy. Bathroom was VERY basic and not spotless. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only view we had was of gum trees. The stairs up to the bedrooms and living area were steep and dangerous....

We had a lovely two night stopover at Bicheno by the Bay, our Pink A Frame Chalet was comfortable, well appointed, and clean, the bed was superbly comfortable, and the large deck facing the view was wonderful. The myriad of wildlife passing by were a joy to observe and watching the view changing with the weather was a lovely experience....

The chalet we had was clean, well equipped and had a lovely feel to it. The staff all made us very welcome and our stay there was very memorable. This resort is ideal for families and couples, and is very safe for children.

After staying in St Helen's in average accommodation we were looking forward to a better night's sleep. And we did, the place was lovely, tidy and clean. Very modern, a spacious room and a big bathroom. We had a quiet night only interrupted by a bullfrog from the nearby pond which was nature at its best!

Bicheno by the Bay was very central and accommodating to our needs. We got the two bedroom chalet, (the father in law snores). Our niece, her partner and our grand niece also booked a chalet for the night and we cooked up a storm of local seafood and home grown vegetables. All enjoyed with some Tassie beer and wine and...

The resort is at awesome location! we took 2 bedroom cottage and it was comfortable enough. We had partial view of the sea. What we loved the most was the wonderful location. Just few minutes to blowhole and to whaler lookout.
