Travelled late June (Winter) with 2 couples and stayed one night. Great accommodation to stay in on the way to Cradle Mountain from Launceston. It is located right beside the main road so it is easily located. On the night of arrival, the host turned on the heater way before our arrival which was awesome as it was a very...

Lovely overnight stay as we were passing through Deloraine. Beautiful, character filled room, great history to the building, yummy home made snacks and a warm bed. What more could a travel weary couple ask for. Some moise could be heard from the children staying next door but didn't worry us.

Spent one night in this beautifully restored former church school. The hosts were the friendliest people i met in Tasmania. Accomodating and very friendly. From the moment i phoned to book, to the check out ,the experience was restful and peaceful. With hot home made bread upon arrival, cheese platter and home made chocolates, not to mention any port in...

My wife and I are a middle aged couple touring Tas in a campervan. We booked a one night stay at Blakes Manor in the Blakes Mews suite which is one of three in the same building on our last night before going back to the mainland. Our room was lavish and very comfortable, quite spacious and well appointed. The...

We were here for 2 nights and simply loved it. The hosts, Rhett and Dina, made us welcome immediately and showed us to our beautiful room. The freshly baked bread was very much appreciated and the self contained kitchen was great for making breakfast, which was all provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

One night stopover at Deloraine and this place totally exceeded my expectation. Very warm welcome by the friendly owners, along with heritage style property, beautiful garden, home made bread, wine, cheese and cookie. A bit sorry for didn't have time to stay longer. I usually don't leave reviews for my stay but I do this time for Blakes Manor Deloraine...

This hotel is a unique! The history of the buildings, decoration of the rooms and really friendly owners. All the rooms are decorated on it's own unique style. Including a lot of small historical items. Breakfast served in room is included in a price. The couple who is running and owning the hotel is really friendly. If you are lucky...

Once the door was opened, we went "wow"! Rhett and Dina gave us the warmest of welcomes, then Rhett proudly showed us our suite and explained the history to us. It's evident that they take great pride in their B&B. And so they should! There were many little extras which were a lovely surprise. We could have easily closed ourselves...

Having checked the reviews on this accommodation we were totally taken aback by just how disappointing the accommodation was. We were aware that it had been done in a heritage style and have stayed in a number of other places that have been done in a similar way that we have enjoyed. The room was quite clearly very tired and...

After an exhausting 48-hour trip and a huge jet-lag, we accidentally ended up at Blakes Manor in Deloraine. Fortunately for us, they had one last room available for a decent price. Since we hadn't read any reviews, it was a bit of a gamble... And it was great! The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, and provided us with cheese,...
