We stayed for one night at room 2. This is clean, comfortable with sea view. We enjoyed the sunset at the deck. The breakfast is excellent with juice, fruits, delicious croissant, cereal, with sea view. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night in a lovely large, bright room. Perfect location for walks on the beach. Breakfast on the balcony watching the ocean was the best we had in a months travelling around. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the upstairs room at this amazing bed and breakfast. Beautiful, well kept grounds and a very clean, well presented room. Plenty of attention to detail. Nola and Kevin were warm hosts and breakfast was very generous and beautifully set out with a gorgeous ocean view. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at lorneview - and it was the best decision to make! The BB is 15 minutes before Lorne, at the Eastern Beach, just after Ayres Inlet. The rooms are very clean and bright. They have two rooms, one with the view onto the sea, which is amazing! And one with the view on the beautifully kept... More

My fiancé and I stayed at the Lorneview for 1 night. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Nola was very friendly and welcoming and we felt at home. Cosy, clean room with TV and bathroom, overlooking the beach. Lorne is a beautiful place to be especially for a getaway to relax and enjoy the nature. Breakfast in the morning was... More

We stayed at this Great Ocean Road B&B. The location is great and we enjoyed a long morning walk on the beach before breakfast the next morning. The only disappointment was that there was no wifi at this property which these days is almost and expectation especially for international travelers wanting to stay in touch. Otherwise it was an excellent... More

Delightful small B&B (2 rooms) located between Lorne and Aireys Inlet (near the Ocean Road memorial). We stayed in the garden room which was very spacious and tastefully decorated, with a fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. The bathroom was a good size. The room also had a private outside patio area. An excellent breakfast including homemade muffins was served on... More

Lorneview was perfect for us. It will be for you to, provided you don't need to be in the centre of Lorne. The oceanview room is very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed playing pool in the games room while we watched TV. Nolan and Kevin have thought of everything. They are very friendly hosts. And the healthy breakfast is... More

Nola and Kevin have the best accommodation on the Great Ocean Road. Breakfast out on the balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic. Nola makes the best blueberry muffins! The addition of cockatoos and parrots made it even more memorable. I highly recommend this B & B.

“The front higher room has views of the ocean. Neither of the two rooms has microwaves or cooking facilities though so using the on-site BBQ is your best option if you are planning to cook & eat in (Nola will supply tools & anything extra you may need kitchenware-wise). But there are plenty of dining-out options a short drive up or down the coast.”
