Rooms are a bit "tired" and I had no free Wi-Fi access on the first day although this was fixed for days 2 & 3. This review tool is now forcing me to enter more characters so that I can submit this review so I'll just continue typing rubbish until the right count is reached

Easy check in and check out. The accommodation is right across the water and a park which gives it a more restful ambiance for guests. It is across Nelson Place - lots of food choices. Williamstown Beach is also nearby. A few minutes walk will take you to Ferguson Street littered with shops. View the Westgate Bridge and MEL city...

Provide full range of sky channels, when wifi fails to perform have a fix rather than '...a lot of guests have trouble with it...' in my world that's a leading indicator of an issue needing addressing

Thank you 193warrenw for providing feedback on Quest Williamstown. The wireless internet happened to drop out at a certain point recently and I have a feeling this was whilst you stayed with us. Really lovely place to stay. Great views of the park and waters edge from our room. Fantastic choices of places to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff even provided me with a loan of a phone charger when I forgot mine!

In terms of the actual accommodation it is probably a 3. A bit basic in terms of fitout but by no means poor and it was clean and comfortable. My higher rating is really thanks to the location. Quiet at night but we'll positioned near restaurants and some nice walks and views. Williamstown is a lovely spot.

Lovely spot, lovely rooms. I booked for a single person and for some reason had a massive room that could have accommodated 6. Williamstown is a beautiful place. I liked the local cafe. Coffee was good.
