A pleasant and neatly presented park. It's quite small as parks go but van sites are a good size and well set out. It's in a convenient spot for a short stroll to the beach or quick drive to town. Clean, older style bathrooms and well maintained grounds. Staff were polite and helpful. We'll stay here next time we are... More

We had a 1bedroom villa for 3 nights over a weekend, the check in was easy and friendly, very welcoming lady. The accommodation was neat, clean and tidy. Shower was a bit old but had great hot water. Facilities were good, we would love to bring the family back over and stay here in the future, looks very family friendly.... More

We originally looked at staying in one of the Busselton Big 4 parks but were horrified at the quoted prices of $62 and $65 per night for a powered site. Instead we stayed at Busselton Villas and were very pleasantly surprised. The rates we nearly half the price but the location was perfect. There is a very good playground for... More

We came down to Busselton for the weekend and needed space as we have 2 teenagers. The room was a surprise. It was big enough for four of us the beds were comfy and the bathroom large. The position of the park is well located just minutes from town. The walk to the beach from the back of the park... More

A campsite was found for us despite leaving our booking to the last minute at the busiest time of the year. Great staff, clean and tidy facilities. Close to everything - short walk to the beach, shops across the road. Bonus of free wifi. We'll be back!
