Had a one night stay in the studio villa. The room was nice. Park was beautiful. Only negative thing we experienced is that we didn't enjoy the takeaway pizza and garlic bread. Overall was a good stay.

On arrival, my husband was greeted with a cheery welcome and an upgrade!! Surely not, an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite for one couple...we had booked a recently refurbished studio villa which suited our needs and stayed in a very spacious recently refurbished studio 2 bedroom villa which more than suited our needs.!! Our 5 night stay was heavenly. The studio provided everything that is needed to make a stay, whether a few days or longer, a pleasant one. The villa had been tastefully refurbished with white shutters giving a light and airy plantation feel. Spotlessly clean, generous spaces and all the amenities that one would want, all set in well maintained gardens and right on the beach front, Bayview Geographe Resort didn't disappoint. Would not stay anywhere else in Busselton!

My wife and I booked a studio through Booking.com for a week end of May. We had to cancel late due to illness and Booking informed us it could not reschedule or reimburse. We contacted Bayview directly and they graciously agreed to postpone our booking to June at no extra charge. When we arrived, and after checking in, we went to the designated villa to find we had been upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit courtesy of Bayview - service beyond the call of duty. The villa and the property are impeccably maintained, staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Villa has all amenities including full kitchen, washer/dryer, reverse cycle AC, free Wifi. Property has tennis courts, playgrounds, indoor heated pool, restaurant for breakfast and dinner, BBQ areas, and direct access to beach.

We stayed here just for the night while down in Busselton and we loved it!! We had an executive villa which was absolutely perfect! It has everything you could need for a night or a week! The kitchen area has the bare essentials for cooking your own meals, the lounge area to just chill out and watch TV or a DVD (bring your own or hire for $4). It also has a washer/dryer for the longer stays The bed was MASSIVE and very comfortable!! The bathroom was clean - only disappointment was the photos show a large corner spa which unfortunately we didn’t get. We did mention this on the way out and were told they don’t have many of them so they are changing the photos online soon. Hopefully next time we can get one as that was the main reason for booking There is plenty of free parking throughout the park, with a heated pool, volleyball and mini golf. It’s perfectly located with a short drive to town Check in and out was extremely easy and the staff were very welcoming, there is a restaurant onsite also that do takeaway so you can eat in your room/villa We have already booked to stay again!

Had a quick one night stay and was very impressed with the cleanliness and level of decor. We were very surprised to find we had a lovely spa bath in our room too. Very convenient for the beach and plenty of facilities. Very good value and would recommend to any level of traveller.
