We travelled from NSW to attend our sons wedding. Very happy with our 2 apartments. Lots of room and everything we needed. Shops, IGA, coffee and great little family run Italian restaurant only 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and the highlight of the kids holiday! Particularly the pancakes. We used the gym , swimming...

Very disappointed. Meals came out banquet style. 3 different mains on 9 plates placed on cake stands. 3 bowls of chips per 10 people, serving plates were twos, guest dinner plates were cold. Grilled snapper and prawns main was served separately and with the (almost dry) snapper fillets (cut into 3) served separate from the 3 bowls of prawns. All...

We topped and tailed our visit to Western Australia with stays at Pagoda Resort & Spa. On both visits we had excellent service from the friendly staff. The rooms were excellent, with really comfortable beds. When we first checked in we were concerned that the Kwinana Freeway between the hotel and Swan Estuary may be noisy, no need for the...

One of the most luxurious places that I have ever been to and it was amazing. I went for my parents wedding and it was the best place to choose! The food/service was spectacular and the rooms were absolutely fantastic! I woke up to an amazing river view and walked down to an amazing breakfast. Probably my favourite hotel.

We were looking for a nice location for a couple nights away. The Pagoda is good value, thought the room we had was in very good condition and the general decore and look of the hotel was excellent. A few little things took the gloss off what could have been a 5 star experience. The free wifi we found so...

We originally chose this Hotel as one of us had a function there. Room was quite large and although it fronted the highway we didn't hear any traffic noise. Breakfast and parking were also included in the package we had. We managed a parking spot undercover which was great as the car was cool to get into when we left....

Beautiful resort - spotlessly clean, large well- appointed room with spa, lovely pool area & clean gym, fantastic & helpful staff, great location. Staff member Andrew spotted us at the lift holding a bottle of champagne & rushed to bring us chilled champage flutes for our room. Although we didn't use the restaurant & bar they looked wonderful. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the service and the quality of my room. Nice size bathroom and very comfy bed. The soundproofing was good with no road noise coming in from outside. The minibar and tea/coffee was a little disappointing, not a great selection. We had dinner in the Waterwall restaurant where we enjoyed good service and...

Went twice this month and found both to be very delightful. The service was very good. The staff are friendly and the ones we had were more than happy to have a chat and joke with us. The only downside with the service was making sure everyone had a drink. They seemed to have some trouble there. The food was...
