We had this activity for "free" when we booked our east coast package and it was nice. Accommodations are basics but good. It is a bush camp so don't expect any AC, beds etc. Kayaking was fun. However, not much more to do besides kayaking so I guess it depends on the people you go with if you get to...

Ir a very natural place to stay. The river has fluorescent plancton and that make amazing swimming at night. Is like to sleep in a tent but with a well built roof. You are going to find plenty of Mosquitos. Frogs and spiders. Both guys and the Noruega helper are very friendly. Is a place to go and have peace...

My best friend and I just stayed three nights at Gagaju and had an absolute blast! The main focus of your stay here is on your canoe trips during the day - one up river to a sweet rope swing and lunch spot; the other down river to a smaller lake and a park. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were...

I think it totally depends on what type of person you are as to if you'll enjoy this trip. If you're into camping, canoeing and feel confident with it - go for it. My friend and I struggled with the first day of canoeing (were not unfit or anything, but were both small, petite girls and the current was strong)....

Staff were really nice, canoeing was fun and it was nice to have free time and chill out with people and watch films in the movie room. Can upgrade to a bunk bed if don't like camping, was cheap, nothing to complain about! Ignore bad reviews unless you absolutely hate camp sites

I've just come back from a hilarious 3 days at Gagaju Bush Camp! The layout of the camp is so sociable and there is plenty to do - I can't see how people complain there isn't enough... There are ping pong tables, a place to play volleyball, a lounge room with a big plasma TV and loads of films to...

Got this "for free" when i booked some other trips with greyhound in Brisbane, all we had to pay was 50 $/person on spot as a levy. turns out that is the cost of the camp. 50 dollars for sleeping in a tent for 3 nights in the middle of nowhere. we were supposed to have a guided kayak/canoe tour....

Got this trip included for free when me and my friend booked our Fraser Island and Whitsundays tour with happy travels. Arrived at Noosa bus station and was met by a great, friendly man called Alan. He's hilarious, get talking to him, he's a good laugh. Stopped at the Coles nearby for food and Goon (Cooking facilities are pretty good...

I think just like everyone else i was given this trip "for free" which is weird how some people interpretate free when you have to pay to get into the national park plus a bond plus sleeping bag hire. The people who work there are a bit weird to say the least. It comes down to what you make of...

I'll forgo the stuff about getting it 'free' since everyone gets it the same. Don't do this if you hate camping. Otherwise, you might as well do it. I'd recommend not staying the full length of time though and only doing 2 nights instead, as I stayed for 3 nights and after we'd done both canoeing trips everyone in my...
