I have stayed at this hotel on numerous times over the last 20 year or so. In this time the hotel has enlarged from the original 40 rooms to the present very large building. I stayed for one night on a B&B basis. The hotel is next to a Brewers Fayre restaurant/bar where breakfast is taken and where evening meals are...

Road signage is poor, roadworks and house building around the site. No noise at the hotel. Got what you would from a Premier Inn. Convenient for A19, coast and Newcastle City, but beware of roadworks all over North Tyneside,

This is a large and busy hotel yet the staff are all only too willing to be helpful. Our room was for the less able bodied and was of good size with plenty of space should any of the occupants be in a wheelchair. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The disabled facilities in the toilet and...

We stayed here while visiting family over Christmas and New Year. We had a family room which was spacious and well equipped. No concerns at all over the hotel part but the highlight was the breakfast at the neighbouring pub. The choice is fantastic and for £8 per adult but with free kids then it's great value as well. The...

I visited in January for the first time on business and told everyone I slept like a 'Princess' the following morning after having the most freshest tastiest hot cooked breakfast. I need to visit Newcastle every three weeks so I was delighted to call in again and couldn't wait to sleep in that bed again! I can say this stay...

Staff very friendly, stonebrook pub where breakfast is served is great for food and only a short walk to the metro . Usual premier inn Standard for the rooms clean and comfortable. Even though the surrounding area of the hotel is a building site still very quiet .

We had a fab stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The reception staff were really helpful. Breakfast was excellent freshly cooked hot food and best selection at breakfast buffet I've seen for a long time! Worth every penny.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a business trip and I guess it was totally on par with my expectations. The bed which is their big selling point was not bad, but also not as amazing as they like to suggest...but perfectly fine for the stay. The room itself (once you find it, the place is a poorly sign...
