I spent two nights there. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the whole atmosphere was somehow dark. Probably the design (ship) elements, but also the low cost lighting appliances added to this feeling. Also, the kitchen wasn't to good. Almost no salt, neither spices were used, and the chicken I got for one of the lunches was half raw,...

I ate here with a group of 23. The service was good and the food was good. The prices were a bit high for the quality. I had the duck breast, which I enjoyed. My buddy had the prime rib, which was a bit thin and bland. Many of the group had the cheeseburgers, which were a bit saucy. The...

This is a first class hotel located on the Riga - Tallinn highway just a short distance outside of Riga. It was recommended by family members who live nearby. What a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was sumptuous by European standards, quite extensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great start to our...

I was driving via baltica, and arrived hotel quite late. Bar/restaurant was closed and only place where I could find food was a gas station in 500m. Breakfast was good. Free parking in front of hotel.

Exceptional service whether you are staying for one evening or ten. Customer service is phenomenal. Receptionist Evita informed us of the local attractions of the area, what to expect, and what kind of transportation needed to get there. The rooms are very well-maintained and the cleanest I've seen in Europe. It is simplicity in action. You have everything you need...

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over the past 2 years. The staff is very friendly and treat their guests like family from day one. The restaurant is amazing, with great food and wonderful service. Every time I return they treat me as I never left. Offering me the room of my choice and catering to me...

On a business trip we were invited to lunch at this restaurant. Few other people inside, so full focus from waiters. we had a set three course menu, and food was excellent - although it was not the ultimate food I have had. Like the Crème Brulee missing the true vanilla grains, being substituted with vanilla sugar. Anyway, it's a...

Hotel is located next to a road but noise does not disturb. I spent two nights in there travelling from Tallinn to Riga. Very convenient location if you do not need or do not want to stay in Riga center. Spacious, convenient rooms. Comfortable bed. Very nice restaurant offering good food (breakfast , lunch, dinner till 11 p.m.) and beverages....
