We stayed for four nights over Easter in a superior room with a balcony and good views of the mountains. The housekeeping is of a high standard and though the decor isn't very stylish the room is comfortable. The overall atmosphere is friendly enough but not very personal, no idea if a manager or owner was ever present, we never...

A fantastic hotel. Stayed here with my family over Easter. The service was exceptional and the ambience beautiful. There were many families with children but that lent to the charm. Very warm, cosy and clean. There are excellent views of the mountains in the front facing rooms. Ski passes can be organized at reception and a bus service takes you...

Second time in Lech. Stayed at the Berghof last time . Really good - certainly more central than the Plattenhof but no swimming pool - and at least a third more expensive overall . The Plattenhof was brilliant. One stop on the ski bus to the base and as those buses are every 20 minutes all through the day, it...

This was our third visit to the Plattenhof and we received a very warm welcome back. We had the very same comfortable and clean junior suite as before which is very large room with excellent storage which you need with all the gear we took in the car!! The staff contrary to other reports are helpful and friendly and nothing...

I stayed for the first time in Hotel Plattenhof from the 21st December until boxing day. The whole experience from welcome to departure was "Wunderbar ". We booked half board which was super. All the food was of high quality & presented beautifully. We arrived a little after 14.30 and as well a welcome drink we were told to help...

Plattenhof—immaculately clean; great views across the valley from my bedroom in the Landhaus; wonderful ski and boot room; great walks from the hotel door; five kinds of Grappa in the bar and courteous staff. It's not exactly 'ski-in, ski-out' unless you're brave, competent and lucky and can ski up a steep hill but, even if you can't ski uphill, it...

Stayed here as the Haldenhof was fully booked but we were not disappointed. Fantastic pool area, good rooms and excellent food and dining service. On arrival car was emptied of luggage which was then delivered to our various rooms. Reception has the facility to process your lift passes on the spot. My skiing is limited by poor joints but this...

Got a great deal on 4 nights at the Plattenhof Jan 10-13, and was amazed at the superb service and very gracious hospitality. Although we originally booked a room in the 'annex', we were given a room in the main hotel with a beautiful view. The pool and sauna area are beautiful and kept super clean. The dining was absolutely...

My wife and I have just returned from a few days at this hotel and are completely satisfied. The room, whilst not the best the hotel could offer, was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff were all polite and attentive whist remaining discrete. Breakfast selection was good with a selection of juices, fruit, breads,...
