What a fabulous place to stay and Federico is an excellent host. Bevagna is a beautiful old town largely unspoiled by tourism and development with narrow streets on one of which is situated La Corte. (I believe the name has something to do with ancient pottery trades.) The house is old, faces straight onto the street and has two doors...

My sister and I stayed here 1 night on a walking holiday through Umbria. We were the only guests and Federico gave us each a fabulous room but was so accommodating with everything,he purchased and shared a bottle of wine with us in the quaint lounge area. The weather cold but the fire was warm and his company delightful. An...

We stayed 4 nights and had a large room with ensuing and a kitchen lounge area downstairs all to our selves. Our host Federico was just wonderful and went over and above in his quest to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He was very informative on where to go and what to see and gave us an insiders view...

Our double room in this beautiful old building was large airy and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom and a surprisingly well equipped kitchen, disguised in a period cupboard. Our host, Federico was friendly and hospitable, and even offered to be our emergency contact as we cycled across the Appenines in uncertain weather. The village of Bevagna is a perfect base...

We stayed for three nights last week. It is a charming, beautiful and well-equipped place. We had a comfortable suite over two floors with a separate living room with fridge and cooking equipment. The owner Federico is charming and keen to help you feel at home. He provides a comprehensive breakfast each day of very high quality and tries to...

We started our Italy holiday in Bevagna, assisted in many wonderful ways by the host, Federico. He was a wealth of information and advice, enhancing our stay immensely. We had the top floor room and it was very comfortable and quiet with a suite below with a refrigerator. The breakfasts were a pleasure, coffee strong and the advice about restaurants...

We spent 3 weeks cycling Italy and Corte de' Vasari rates at the top of our B&B stays. Federico is a warm and generous host and his family's ancient home is a delight. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and quite roomy. We had no worries about our bicycles, as there is a secure courtyard. Federico went above...

We stumbled on this gem by accident, as our hotel room was out of use at the last minute. It was wonderful to be welcomed by Federico to his family home, and to be given our own charming apartment. Very attractive and comfortable, with a mini kitchen and good table for eating, we would loved to have stayed several days....

We chose the Corte de’ Vasari to use the Smartbox gift package. Beside B&B at the hotel, the package also included the aperitivo at the nearby bar. The hotel manager, Federico, welcomed us in a cold Umbrian evening with a grappa, and many great tips of what to do, where to eat and what to buy in a small charming...
