My wife and I stayed here from thursday to sunday. A little bit out of town but so peaceful and realaxing the room we had is well insulated, for noise and temperature considering it got below zero most nights we were here. Kaye and Ray were fantastic hosts in every way possible, delicious breakfast each morning and great coffee! started...

Location: The B&B is about 7km out of town. It’s too far to walk anywhere so you will need to drive. B&B: We are used to staying in hotels so this was the 1st time for us staying in a B&B. There really aren’t any decent hotels in Mudge, mostly motels or pubs. We booked the black room with spa...

Hi, SmokeyMcLean Many thanks for the time taken to complete such an extensive review and the "very good" rating. As you have seen Wombadah is our home ( although we do have seperate living and sleeping areas), and, as such you are sharing the property with us and up to three other couples, which is very differnt to any hotel....

Right from booking Ray and Kaye have provided the best service! The property is stunning and rooms very well equipped. Thanks for the introduction to Mudgee wine with a complimentary bottle of Mudgee Shiraz. Delicious! The veranda provided the perfect place to enjoy the fruits of your wine tasting and a beautiful cheese platter whilst watching the sun set of...

After 5 or 6 stays at Wombadah, we know them well... and won't stay anywhere else... Wombadah is a lovely house, with only 4 guest rooms and independent access to the rooms. The rooms are incredibly cosy, with a seating area and overlooking the Mudgee Valley over a large wraparound balcony. Ray and Kay are fabulous hosts, friendly, discreet and...

Pros: Easy to find, great outlook over Sappling Gully, really comfortable rooms with king beds and comfy pillow, wonderful breakfast options and Kaye cooks up a storm, local wine is introduced via a free bottle of Simply Shiraz and a nice tasty port, close to all of...
