The car spaces only suit city bubble cars, unusual for a county location. I'm listening to my neighbours tv through an adjoining brick wall. The bathroom looks like it was finished by Blind Freddy. I can't really rate this motel on a scale of 0-5. I stay in country motels for business nearly every week and this place tops it...

From a pleasant booking experience to a pleasant check in process, I went to my room - all of which are named for local wine growers or makers, and found a clean, pleasant room with all the expected fittings plus a microwave and tiny kitchenette. Just a block from the main street, Ningana is opposite a hotel, which on the...

Just off the main shopping area this motel is surpringly quiet. It is near food, has easy parking but most importantly comfy beds. After a long day on the road I can't emphasise how important this is and they are firm and comfortable. The other nice touch is fresh milk with the tea and coffee. While older the rooms are...

Headed to Mudgee for an overnight trip. Checked in mid-afternoon with ease and found the room to be very well presented. The rooms are not brand spanking new but everything works. Free TV and wifi. Good water pressure. Clean. The office staff went out of their way to help with some helpful tips and even a little bit of stationery...

I booked this through Bookings.com. It turned out to be comfortable and well within range of the facilities. We were able to walk to Coles (next door) and to Woolworths further down Mortimer Street. The room was comfortable and clean. A nice place to stay.

Charged me $145 for my wife and I. Grossly overcharged for a motel that needs a major refurbishment. He had a 3 day cancellation rule which is pathetic for a tired old motel. The bed needed replacing well and truly past it's use by date. Carpet and tiles very old and depressing furnishings. Be extremely careful if you book with...

As everyone notes, good no-frills motel in unbeatable central location. Roth's wine bar/restaurant 5 mins walk. But these guys slug you for any change on booking.com. Even when u book with the "free cancellation" tag. It must be in the tiniest "click here" print. We were a group of 13 so had to make a few changes in the lead...

This is a book you can judge by it's cover. A typical country motor inn. It is comfortable and the beds are good, can't expect much more than that. Location IS it's best pulling point, with pubs, restaurants and Mudgee's town centre close by.

Have been to this motel on several occasions and will do so again. Most comfortable and convenient to other attractions in the main centre of Mudgee. Just across the road from the Oriental Hotel but noise is not usually an issue. Staff are friendly and efficient and tariffs are most reasonable. A real handy place to base ones self if...
