As a full time traveler I sometimes feel like I've seen it all. Playa Koralia was recommended by a friend that I met in Medellin. I was looking for a place off the beaten path, that would inspire me to write, slow down time, and be. From the minute I arrived I felt at home. The staff dressed in all...

Koralia beach is very secluded and quiet which is nice if that's what you are looking for. We had a lovely time. The suites are beautifully designed with outdoor bathrooms. The beach is very long, good for walks. The sea is usually quite rough but you can still swim in it. The restaurant and bar is very nice. Food was...

I have been 2 times in Koralia, the first one was in 2010 and the second one in 2015 and I would love to go back many other times. What I really like of this hotel is that I had the opportunity to disconnect from everything and be in contact with nature and with my husband. I don't recommend this...

I neither did yoga or meditation at Koralia Beach and yet it was pure relaxation. Located away from the stress and noise of public beaches and cities in the heart of Tayrona national park you’ll find peace in nature. All huts have their individual touch and are equipped with a comfortable bed with mosquito nets. Reduced to the most necessary...

Spent a week there with a yoga retreat in early February. Setting was wonderful, food was outstanding, staff was superb!!!!! Accommodations were very fun (be prepared for no hot water - not a big deal!!!!!) Shower and toilet were outside but inclosed. This is not a tropical beach good for snorkeling and swimming (was particularly ruff when we were there)...

Not for everyone, but if you really love the nature and want to run away from the city and have some peace, this is absolutely the place for you. The first thing: this is not a resort with pool parties and free drinks. This is a place to enjoy the nature, the beach, to meditate, to relax seeing "la sierra...

Excellent. But they didnt welcome us very good since we didnt have any reservation. Stayed one night, had a great time. When checkout there was a mistake in our bill charging us more than we had consumed and they thought we were lying about it.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Privacy is found as the ocean breaks on the beach and you are the only one to witness its fall. Playa Koralia gives you that experience and more, one hour away from Santa Marta (Colombia). Time stops as nature defines each space; sand, paradise, sea, fresh water, palms, light & shade.
