We stayed at the Enclosure Bay in the Great Barrier suite for 3 days after our wedding in the second half of January 2017. When we arrived early morning exhausted but very excited after the night of wedding celebrations, we found a few lovely touches in the room like a heart made out of rose petals with the Mr and...

We are in the hospitality industry, which is a polite way of saying we are very critical. Having said that, it would be a real stretch to find anything to criticize at Enclosure Bay. First of all, our host Andy was simply delightful. He strikes the perfect balance between service and privacy - there when you need him but not...

We flew from the US to Auckland for a month long visit to New Zealand. Our first stop was Waiheke Island to relax and recover from jet lag. We chose Enclosure Bay and an excellent decision it was. Andy and Jenny are the best and the room was impeccably clean and spacious! The views were to die for. They only...

ENCLOSURE BAY Always on time! We were greeted at an early ferry arrival by Andy, waving an Enclosure Bay sign with a welcoming smile. Even though we arrived early, Andy provided us with a ride and directions of where to get a quick lunch while he and Jenny finished readying the room. 45 minutes later, Andy was right on time...

Lovely place to stay. Owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. Were accommodating to all our needs. Great room, great views. Breakfast brought to our room right on time. Helped with reservations for dinner and wine tours.

From the moment we set foot on the island we knew we had arrived somewhere special. We were met at the ferry terminal by Andy who drove us the short distance to Enclosure Bay, pointing out places to eat etc on the way. We made use of his good suggestions as it was quickly clear that our stay on the...

The view from the balcony in our room was exactly as pictured. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The daily breakfast was great. Andy and Jenny were wonderful hosts who assisted us in every way possible. We would definitely return if we go back to Waiheke.

We hit Waiheke in the middle of the final week of what would be "shoulder" season (late October), so many of the island's vineyards weren't open - but there also were none of the crowds coming soon. Andy upgraded us to a room so beautiful that we could have done nothing but sit on the terrace, and the two days...

Andy and Jenny were absolutely wonderful. From the time we booked our stay here, they made sure to go out of their way to welcome us and accommodate all of our needs. They booked us on a wonderful wine tour with Anada tours to enjoy our first day on the island. Upon getting dropped off at their front door we...
