Family run hotel B&B with bar and restaurant. We our the owners of 3 B&B rooms all equiped with well disgned ensuite bathrooms with large showers and sinks. All bedding, towels, toiletries and necessities provided. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. In the same building we have a family run french style bistrot restaurant with a large selection of food for an affordable price. We also run a bar, where you can have a refreshing drink if required. Our buisness is located in a calm and beautifull little hamlet called Champsac. There are many places to go for a small walk and discover a typical Franch town. In the town you will find a hairdresser, boulangerie and us ! Champsac is located 30 minutes from Limoges airport and train station (bellegarde).

We were passing through France and came across this place in a quiet little village. and asked if they had a room free. We found Tina and Richard very welcoming they have just 3 rooms to let all large sizes with on suites modern and 2 of them can be family suites.they have a bar and a restaurant and a large function room that looks like is used for large gatherings for the village and weddings on the side there is also a terrace on the front where if the weather is nice you can sit and enjoy a cool drink.and they have a small garden on the side.plenty of free parking on the side.we ended staying for 3 days and enjoyed the meals we were served, there is a mixture of French and English cooking so both English expats use the bar and French locals. both english and french is spoken it is family run by an English couple and there 2 girls very friendly and knowledgable of the area and if you are buying property they can point you in the right direction.

Great little Family run B&B in the heart of the French countryside. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners Richard & Tina. It benefits from having a small bar and Tina who is a very able cook prepares some delicious home cooked meals. Option to pay extra and have an English breakfast if pre-arranged. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Secure parking for our motorbike was also available. All in all great value and ideal for bikers seeking an overnight stop. Will definitely return when next in the area.
