I'm a NY based film producer, and in the summer of 2011 we had a short drama we wanted to film in a beach front location in Puerto Rica. We were infinitely lucky to have come across Luis and Villa Orleans. This was one of the smoothest shoots in my 8 years making films. Luis went out of his way... More

16 25 year olds went on a week vacation just for fun. We were really excited to see the house since the pictures are awesome, and were definitely not let down. The house is literally right on the ocean and its a private beach. When we got there Luis was very helpful with helping us find the house and get... More

We just spent 6 days (Easter Week) at the Villa Orleans. Our group of 9 adults and 9 children (13-18) had the entire villa to ourselves (main house, apartment , casita). - Pelicans diving right in front for the small fish - fresh mangoes from the trees on the property - sounds of the coquis and the surf at nite... We just got back and wanted to recommend Villa Orleans. It is an excellent value. My wife and I are from New York and recently spent a week staying in the cottage for a week. Its literally on the water and while we were there we had the whole place to ourselves. We barbecued and spent a few evenings right... More

Our group of 5 adults (Mom, Dad, children and girlfriend in their 20s) just spent 5 nights at Villa Rincon and thoroughly enjoyed the place. I didn't realize how much we would appreciate that it is actually on a very good swimming beach but we ended up spending a lot of time at the Villa because it was so pleasant.... More

On the backside of the Villa Orleans property, lies La Casita. This is a simple, quaint and restful cottage of a house that affords peace and relaxation. The larger Villa Orleans house is only steps away and can accommodate a larger family(s). La Casita provides the basics: front porch with gas grill, hammocks, WiFi, clean bathroom with shower, full kitchen... More

We stayed in the Casita at Villa Orleans for a week. The tropical setting is magical--the bungalow style one-bedroom cottage is nestled in amongst banana trees, coconut palms, and all sorts of other trees. We grilled out on the deck at night and sat listening to the coqui (sp?) frogs. The private, gorgeous beach is only 100 yards from the... More

I just got back from staying at Villa Orleans last night, and I had to write a positive review. If you're looking for a place to get away with a large family contingent or group, this is your best bet. We had 12 - 7 kids ranging in age from 15 to 3, along with five adults - and I... More

This is a terrific place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf. The pool offers a great cool down after a hot day. The beach, with great sea glass and waves, is ONLY 10 steps down from the deck. We loved how quiet the area was - away from all the hussel and bussel of the city -... More

Villa Orleans was wonderful! It had space enough to accommodate 4 families, with the two children sharing their own private room! My husband and I had a balcony off our room that was directly over the ocean. We slept with the doors wide open each night listening to the waves. We never saw a sole on the beach, other than...
