I stayed in a ocean front view at Villa Cofresi. It was paradise. The room was large with a large balcony. Beautiful artwork in the room and through out the hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. My pictures do not do justice.
Stayed here for 3 nights with family and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located right on a private beach, the rooms are spacious with fresh towels provided daily and both the housekeeping and front desk staff are lovely. Only complaint about the room was that the bathroom had some mildew and rust on the towel rack. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant twice, as the ambiance was nice. The first night we enjoyed our food and service was good however the second night we ate there, our dining experience was greatly diminished. The food and service were both mediocre. The restaurant was busy that night but seemed understaffed as wait times were high and it took 40 minutes for us just to reach the waiter to ask for the bill. Also, I was extremely disappointed with my meal that night. I had ordered a club sandwich (for $12) and received a sandwich with just bread, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. This was shocking because I did not ask for a vegetarian version and a club sandwich is known everywhere to have meat as it is traditionally: lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, chicken and/or ham and bacon. I’ve gotten this sandwich in many restaurants around the world, have never received it without meat and have never been this disappointed with it. Overall, the hotel was very nice but the restaurant could use improvement.…
The staff at this hotel were very friendly and gracious. My husband and myself enjoyed our 4 night stay. We only had breakfast there and it was reasonably priced. We did not have dinner there as we ate at multiple places but we did try there appetizers the wings were delicious. Unfortunately due to the storm beach access was limited, but as I said early the staff was so accommodating that they provided a folding beach chair so that we could use in a different area on the beach that was accessible. I only rated it a 4 because the bed and pillow were not comfortable but other than that it was lovely stay.
Beautiful views of ocean and sunset, nice swimmable beach, huge room and wonderful staff! Restaurants were great and oh my god - the view! Definitely get an ocean view room. We had a second floor ocean view that opened up to the deck, 2 king beds and a twin bed. I don't think I've ever seen a bigger room! Easy access to town, internet was good, beds were comfy, can hear the pound of the surf in bed and everyone was friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! I will definitely come back to this hotel when in Rincon again.
Beautiful place to be with family and enjoy sunsets. Feels like you are in your own private paradise. My dad has been coming here for 30 years and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful rooms. Solid internet. Great food and service. Very reasonable!
I stayed a weekend at Villa Cofresí. The staff was very helpful. courteous and friendly. I really like the place. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very good, with delicious food and reasonable prices. We didn't have to leave the place. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. We enjoy the beach and sunset. I had my class reunion there. Everybody was happy to be in this amazing place. It is one of my favorite places. I will return.
I really want to thank Sandra her daughter Cassandra, the rest of their family and staff for making our wedding extremely special. We went there about a week after hurricane Fiona knowing they had no electricity but they had a generator and the power came back the first night we were there. Also we were supposed to be married on the beach but due to the storm we weren’t allowed access to the beach and Sandra the owner put us on the second floor deck which was absolutely gorgeous. Also we were having our wedding dinner there and they gave us a waitress from before the ceremony started until the end of dessert. Sandra and her family are really amazing people that make you feel very welcome there. I would definitely visit there again and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an amazing vacation.…
We had a great time as usual. It is our favorite spot in the West. This year it was the whole family visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food superb and the room was very nice. Is very accesible and well located for visiting the beaches and other points of interest.
We stayed this past weekend with our 1982 High school Class, we did enjoy everything this property offers. Their food, banquent, our room with the small kitchen, the bar, but above all I have mentioned, their emplloyees and the service they offered to their guests surpass our expectations, they claimed to be 2 star property, however their service its first class.
Magical place with great rooms, service and views. We were so happy we didn’t even leave the hotel despite liking to adventure. Food at the bar restaurant was fantastic - the best coconut shrimp and fish tacos we have ever had. Overall fantastic stay and we will be visiting again.
