Eight double rooms and four apartments, all different, all en-suite, each one quite unique. In a beautiful Southern Spanish setting, amidst Centenary Oaks, just 5 minutes away from historic Ronda, 4.5 km. from center. The aroma of lavender, rosemary and thyme; the sound of birds and the neighing of horses and in the distance the deer calling... Imagine dawn breaking over the hills, the sunshine on your face, the company of a good book or conversation and a glass of wine in the shade; a refreshing dip in the pool, the cool evening breeze, a sweet countryside smell, blue velvet skies and million stars glimmering to the sound of the crickets...

We were overwhelmed by the beautifully maintained exterior of the hotel, it's incredible the number of flowers, fruits and peacocks in a single location. An albino horse comes to great you wherever you approach him. The property is split in small houses located nearby each other with a common area for gathering while savoring a typical Spanish wine.
The front desk is managed by a nice young lady giving us the full attention during the check-in process, even walking us to the reserved house to show the dependencies. She is so dedicated we suspected she might be the owner of the hotel.
The room itself leaves a lot to improve. Very small, no telephone, no internet access, TV takes a long time to get adjusted. Well, this may not be the place for electronics, so we just accepted it. The bathroom is minuscule, have to be in a real need to shower if deciding to use it. The fan in the bathroom is so noisy you may not be able to relax. The most concerning was the power will go off every so often in the room, so have your cell phone with the flashlight on top find the electrical box outside the room.
The food was okay, a little overpriced breakfast, full service for $12 Euros or $4.50 for a black coffee and a slice of bread.
Keep your mind on the beautiful and nice aspects of this place and get prepared for the ugly, then everything will be okay.

Pros: - Beautiful location and staff very nice and friendly. Cons: Breakfast is NOT included in room rate and is 22 euro per head so be warned - itās also decidedly below average. Room that we had was advertised as āsuiteā and charged at 300 per night but was small with no wardrobe and very dark - certainly not worth the room rate. On the 3rd day we had to ask for our room to be serviced as it hadnāt been serviced and linen or towels not changed for the week we were there. We were also told that room towels were not allowed to be used at the pool so we had to buy pool towels in Ronda. Very odd rule for visiting tourists. Extremely unlikely to return.

Lovely place, only we felt totally conned by hotel staff. We asked b4 going if they could arrange for a bday cake, they said they could, explained what I wanted written on the cake like felcidades Doris 60th. Was quoted 40 euros which included delivery. What did we get z 40 euro cheesecake. We were told the owners had Been informed, and so was the person eho took order. We eoykd have a reply in the morning. Following morning issue totally ignored by lady in charge. We felt we had been taken for a ride. a, we understand mistakes can happen, so at least sn apology would have been welcomed. So beware don't ask them to provide special occasion cakes, u could be conned too.

Terrible stay and we didn't get to go. Unfortunately, this comment can only be aimed at recording our discontent and helplessness with the attitude that the accommodation has had towards our reservation. Having closed the reservation two months prior to the stay (and paid) through a platform, we received a message indicating that after an error by the hotel, we must pay an increase in the rate in the next 24 hours or the reservation would be canceled automatically. We found it to be a lack of professionalism on the part of the accommodation, since despite having contacted them and asking them to maintain the conditions for which we had paid, they refused. It's a shame and I hope they don't behave this way with all their clients.

The property is good, but very poorly maintained. Old and worn mattresses, leaks, bricks fell from the chimney, old and faulty electrical installation... The owners are pleasant and formal. The location is good and the place is quiet, in good weather you can enjoy the pool.

We stayed for 3 nights in October and weather was still good for using the pool and sunbathing. We even asked to switch on the water in a slide (one of the pools has a slide, which is so welcomed by the kids). The territory is very green with a lot of cosy places to hang out and enjoy. More than 10 peackocks and we even found babies at that time. There are 2 pools, and at least 2 rooms have big roof terraces. Special thanks to the cook - solomillo, fish and goat cheese salad was amazing. It might compete with many restaurants! However check if dinner is available, because on our last day on Monday kitchen was closed for the evening. Breakfast is also very tasty. Overall, the nature, peacocks and duck, white horse that stays their from time to time, beautiful design...makes stay very peaceful and relaxing. It is also horse farm in the next corner along the road, where you can organise a tour.

No hot water in the shower. The guests I spoke had the same experience. Every review is talking about this and it seems this is a problem which is there for a long time. The restaurant was coosed. They only open it when enough guests. So when you expect to have some amenities at the place, there are non. The breakfast was nice, but full of flies. There is peakock poop everywhere. The water in the pool is freezing cold The city of Ronda is not so closeby. To the parking spot is about 15-17min. Overall I would not recommend the place. Beautiful but very bad service and no hot water for ages.

The place is very nice but the rooms are dark, the bathroom is very small. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, perhaps due to the peacocks pooping everywhere. The swimming pools are not exactly clean and the breakfast is very poor. They charge for coffee and cappuccino made with the machine.

A lovely place to stay close to Ronda, in a haven of green. Dozens of peacocks around (beautiful and funny but noisy). Two beautiful swimming pools. Charming place. Excellent beds. We used the two pools, but unsure they were officially open, as they seemed to need maintenance (we didn't really care). Nice staff. We would love to come back.

Canāt recommend this place highly enough. What a beautiful, tranquil setting. Peacocks, peahens, deer at dusk. Two lovely swimming pools. The staff were very caring, very friendly, great restaurant with top notch food. Nothing was a problem to any of the staff including Domingo the maintenance guy. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
