We had the triple room with 3 twin beds. Room was much too small. No where to put luggage. Bathroom was tiny. No ledge or counter around sink to put toiletries. Had to keep stuff in bags on bathroom floor. Breakfast was supposed to last until 11 am. At 9:55, there were no eggs or bacon left, cheese was dried out & curled up, pastries hard as a rock. Pastries had been out for a week at least.

The hotel although in good location but we found the room cool and the bathroom had not heater which made it uncomfortable to quickly shower and leave. The breakfast was ok but you are not allowed to take an apple or orange to your room. There was a mostly smell at the elevator which we found off putting.

Friendly and helpful staff and the check in was smooth with good parking opportunities. When entering our room there was a strong smell of detergent from the recent cleaning. Even though we tried to air out the smell during the day it was still there when going to bed. We also found the same strong smell in the lobby later that day. The rooms are clean and nice but not sound proof and you can clearly hear people from the other rooms. In the morning we woke up by someone exciting their room in the same corridor. The breakfast was a disappointment only offering sugar packed products and white bread - no healthy products available except the fruit. Some warm bacon and egg was available but it was very dry. Only instant coffee (nescafe) was available which tasted terrible. All and all not a terrible hotel, but definitely not worth more than 3/5.

An awesome location relative to all the tourist attractions in Ronda. Reception staff were brilliant, prompt check in, advice on places to see and where to eat . We were directed to Bodega El Socorro for great tapas, so good we went twice. They also organised a cab to take us down to the gorge to get a great photo of Puente Neuve and then continue on a loop back to the hotel, all for €25! Memorable stay for two nights

Perfect location. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff friendly. Had to pay extra for the SPA - which on this occasion we declined. Looked very nice and clean, however as stating only for one night, wanted to see what Rhonda had to offer that being in the SPA.
