Thank you for a lovely stay in Rhonda. We enjoyed our room, the view, the breakfast and the wine. I chose to stay here because of the car. We didn't have to drive into town. The hotel has a car park across the street which made it easy to explore the region without the anxiety of traffic in town. The...

We stayed here for two nights as part of a three week tour of Andalucia. Originally we had only booked one night but when the hotel sent a very useful guide to the area just before our stay we felt it would not be enough and changed our plans. The hotel was in a lovely location in Rhonda, at the...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Alavera. It's a small, quiet and very relaxing hotel. It's in a peaceful part of town yet still very close and a convenient walk to the centre of town. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and always very eager to help particularly David. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with a...

We stayed about 10 years ago, so we already had good memories of the hotel. Again, we weren't disappointed. A great breakfast on all 3 mornings and each one a little different. There's a little uphill walk to the town but this adds to it's charm - and gets your appetite going. Christian recommended a great tapas place, "El Almacén",...

Staff were great, offering advice on local activities and helping to plan the next steps in our trip. Room was comfortable and quiet. It was great fun to be so close to the heart of Ronda but to be in what felt like a secret corner of town. And quick/easy to drive in and out, once we figured out the...

Our favorite hotel or inn in Spain. It's intimate, perfectly located if you love Spanish history, and you can see some of the most dramatic sunrises anywhere in Spain just a few steps from the front door, taking the stairs up to the arch. The whole area is electric and vibrates with good energy. Book a junior suite so you...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Alavera de los Banos for 3 nights this February. It was a good choice: very convenient, comfortable rooms, and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and the place is very well kept. The location is great; it is right down the stairs from the old city of Ronda so once you...

The staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was outside of the center which meant it was quiet but still a close (beautiful) walk to go see everything. We were there with kids and everyone of us enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend the family suite. It was huge, beautiful and comfortable overlooking the Arab Baths. Balcony was...

This is very close to the old part of the city yet separate from the busy area. It is right next to the old Roman baths and has very nice views of the countryside. Rooms not luxurious but good. The hotel has a feel of a country house. Breakfast included and was very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend for...

This hotel was such a great find; I had no idea how wonderful it was going to be. Firstly, note that the hotel is tucked away in a quiet, picturesque spot almost next to Puente San Miguel and in the valley below Puente Viejo. When I saw the instructions that Googlemaps gave me I didn't believe them, but Googlemaps was...
