The hotel, in the middle of olive trees, is very beautiful and carefully maintained. Courtyard, patio, garden, living room,... everything is harmonious and quiet. Our suite (#6) was very beautiful, with a real large living room nicely furnished and a screw staircase to access the rooftop. Very nice.
But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. Welcoming, smiling, sincere, helpful, Jose, Anna and the others create a unique atmosphere, well helped by Oreo, the adorable black cat who lounges here and there and loves cuddling!
Finally, the restaurant is of quality with quality wines and impeccable and attentive service.

If you want to find refuge away from the chatty crowd visiting Ronda, without hesitation, I recommend El Molino Del Arco. Personally, I will certainly come back to that.

Hotel Molino del Arco is a 15-minute drive north of Ronda. You'll need a car and GPS to get there. Leaving the main road, you'll take a narrow, sometimes unpaved road.

The hotel is set in the countryside, with beautiful views over the valley and mountains. It is a converted almazara, an olive oil mill. The Spanish word almazara comes from the Arabic al-mas'sara, meaning to extract. Centuries-old olive trees and vines surround the hotel building. The family that owns the hotel still produces olive oil. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated, built hacienda style around a beautiful inner courtyard. We had two connecting double rooms. There's a large swimming pool for an afternoon dip after visiting touristy Ronda. The hotel has a large shady garden. We made friends with a young black cat adopted by the hotel, called Oreo.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The multilingual reception staff were warm and friendly, offering service in English, French and Spanish, of course.

Breakfast is excellent and the hotel serves Spanish cuisine for dinner, which is rare in hotels these days, if you don't want to drive at night to Ronda.

Molino del Arco comes highly recommended. Don't rush your stay at this lovely place, try to spend at least three nights to enjoy a quiet break from the hectic life. And they have reliable Wi-Fi too.

Magnificent Andalusian residence transformed into a hotel, quiet, nestled in the countryside, view of the heart of the town of Ronda and the surrounding mountains.
Magnificent garden, full of flowers, with very beautiful trees, swimming pool in one of the gardens.
Warm, friendly welcome. Top notch service!
Very high quality restaurant, typical dishes full of flavors, beautifully prepared, very beautiful presentation.
Fantastic breakfast, very diverse, brought to the table, on an olive board...
We had an amazing time!!

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel while visiting Ronda and wished we had booked two nights. The hotel is lovely, nestled in a vineyard and the rooms are well appointed while reflecting the building heritage. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were very good with great service. The manager and staff are very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and offer great advice on the area. I would, without hesitation recommend this hotel.

We've just returned from a splendid overnight stay at Molino del Arco. We added a night in Ronda to the end of trip to Estepona as we wanted to visit a local vineyard. We stumbled across this hotel on a search of the area and we were delighted with what we discovered.
A beautifully charming 17th century property, stylishly converted from a former olive oil farm. The family still producing olive oil nearby in the region and available to try in the restaurant. The hotel is excellent, a tranquil idyllic spot, fabulous main building and rooms, a superb courtyard and wonderful gardens. All delivers a wonderfully relaxing stay.
We ate at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and took a pre-dinner drink on the terrace from the honesty bar. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and served with a smile.
The overwhelming standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Working front of house were Christina and Ismael, they were skilfully attentive and friendly without ever being anywhere near overbearing and despite being there at all hours were constantly smiling.
They were a joy as was this hotel. We will return and Christina is already planning a number of activities, day trips, restaurant recommendations and tastings! Bravo and see you soon.

We booked at this place because it seemed really good to us but the beautiful photos don't always reflect reality! The place is very beautiful with a very beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Our room was a very spacious junior suite.
The big downside was that the air conditioning worked very poorly even after complaining!! We slept very badly because it was 30°. In addition, our room was right next to the kitchens... When we left, there was no commercial gesture that would have alleviated our dissatisfaction!!

Really nice experience, we booked for 1 night but decided to extend because it requires more time to enjoy what the location has to offer. The staff (Fernando, Eva and Angela) makes you feel like family. Beautiful gardens, peaceful stay, artsy rural building, and several Spanish towns nearby to visit to round up a great vacation. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for only two nights. It is located outside Ronda in the countryside with great views. We needed quiet and beautiful and got it there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home.

The hotel with its gardens and swimming pool is very charming. The room was nicely decorated with garden view.

We had breakfast and dinner there and it was a delicious experience. Good food, good wine in a nice dining area.

It is the perfect place for peace and quiet, but also to explore Ronda and the other white villages (pueblos blancos).

Family Pension of very good quality! We had a very large bedroom with living room in an outbuilding among olive trees and vineyards. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was good. I will return well for the calm and rest of the place!

The hotel is family run and let’s you the warm people of Andalusia. The rooms are simple but luxurious according the “rural” style it has. Breakfast that is served is wonderful. The dinner they serve is a changing menu with multiple choices for starters, main (fish or meat) and deserts. We loved the personal touch of the staff and hope to visit again.

It's not the easiest to find... Take the 340 west to the 397 north to the 376 north towards Ronda. Follow signs for 374 west. Hang a right onto ma-7402. Follow for approx one km...turn left. There will be signage. Travel another 2-3 km...

Hola!
