But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. Welcoming, smiling, sincere, helpful, Jose, Anna and the others create a unique atmosphere, well helped by Oreo, the adorable black cat who lounges here and there and loves cuddling!
Finally, the restaurant is of quality with quality wines and impeccable and attentive service.
If you want to find refuge away from the chatty crowd visiting Ronda, without hesitation, I recommend El Molino Del Arco. Personally, I will certainly come back to that.

The hotel is set in the countryside, with beautiful views over the valley and mountains. It is a converted almazara, an olive oil mill. The Spanish word almazara comes from the Arabic al-mas'sara, meaning to extract. Centuries-old olive trees and vines surround the hotel building. The family that owns the hotel still produces olive oil. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated, built hacienda style around a beautiful inner courtyard. We had two connecting double rooms. There's a large swimming pool for an afternoon dip after visiting touristy Ronda. The hotel has a large shady garden. We made friends with a young black cat adopted by the hotel, called Oreo.
All the staff were friendly and professional. The multilingual reception staff were warm and friendly, offering service in English, French and Spanish, of course.
Breakfast is excellent and the hotel serves Spanish cuisine for dinner, which is rare in hotels these days, if you don't want to drive at night to Ronda.
Molino del Arco comes highly recommended. Don't rush your stay at this lovely place, try to spend at least three nights to enjoy a quiet break from the hectic life. And they have reliable Wi-Fi too.
Magnificent garden, full of flowers, with very beautiful trees, swimming pool in one of the gardens.
Warm, friendly welcome. Top notch service!
Very high quality restaurant, typical dishes full of flavors, beautifully prepared, very beautiful presentation.
Fantastic breakfast, very diverse, brought to the table, on an olive board...
We had an amazing time!!

A beautifully charming 17th century property, stylishly converted from a former olive oil farm. The family still producing olive oil nearby in the region and available to try in the restaurant. The hotel is excellent, a tranquil idyllic spot, fabulous main building and rooms, a superb courtyard and wonderful gardens. All delivers a wonderfully relaxing stay.
We ate at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and took a pre-dinner drink on the terrace from the honesty bar. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and served with a smile.
The overwhelming standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Working front of house were Christina and Ismael, they were skilfully attentive and friendly without ever being anywhere near overbearing and despite being there at all hours were constantly smiling.
They were a joy as was this hotel. We will return and Christina is already planning a number of activities, day trips, restaurant recommendations and tastings! Bravo and see you soon.
The big downside was that the air conditioning worked very poorly even after complaining!! We slept very badly because it was 30°. In addition, our room was right next to the kitchens... When we left, there was no commercial gesture that would have alleviated our dissatisfaction!!

The hotel with its gardens and swimming pool is very charming. The room was nicely decorated with garden view.
We had breakfast and dinner there and it was a delicious experience. Good food, good wine in a nice dining area.
It is the perfect place for peace and quiet, but also to explore Ronda and the other white villages (pueblos blancos).
