We left after we checked in. I found MANY hairs in our dirty room. My husband had us change rooms and I, again, found hair. The window didn’t shut and we could barely fit. I felt disgusting in there. We waited over two hours in the lobby to check in because one worker literally got up and left when there was a huge crowd. No. Don’t go there. I feel gross thinking about it

STAY AWAY - MAY 31st 2021. Cockroaches in the bedroom. Yes, that is the reason for the bucket there.... I picked this hotel cuz it was close to the airport and I thought it was convenient, but honestly I would be better spending the night at the airport. I'm just glad I am staying only one night. Additionally (not as big deal as the cockroaches) the electric outlets in the bedroom don't work, there is no shelf to place the shampoo and soap, elevator is out of service, you can hear everything through the wall, everything in the room is old and outdated. Ok.. there is one thing good, the AC works fine. If I could rate this with no stars at all or five negative stars.. that would be more accurate than one star. Don't let them fool you with the photoshopped pictures uploaded by the hotel NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ - MAYO 21 DE 2021.

I booked the stay through SnapTravel. They are data hogs and they text and email ypu too much. The hotel was HORRID. The window had a crack on it sealed by gray tape. The room was soooo small with a 27 to 32 inch TV. Room service was non existent. My wife and I got bed bugs from staying at Coral of the Sea. We left early paid $400+ for one night to go to a different hotel in the middle of the night. The manger of Coral of the Sea said he would refund the stay and pay for related cost, but I would have to go through SnapTravel. They didn't even deny my claim as if they knew it had bed bugs. This was a horrid experience. NEVER go there!!!!!!!!!

I came here to spend a lovely time with my family but instead got something i wasn’t expecting. i should've known from the moment i seen the reviews but thought id give it a chance. This place has absolutely no where to put my things not to mention there were no towels around... i was very disappointed with my stay and i will never return here. not even to save my own life.
