I have been to many all inclusive resorts, so I was a little nervous heading to an eco lodge in the jungle when my friend and I first booked our trip. I was worried about creepy crawlies, as well as being off the grid without electricity or wifi for a week. I have to say,I enjoyed my experience at Ojo...

We stayed 4 nights at Ojo del Mar and it is a wonderful place with incredible atmosphere. The EcoLodge is in a brilliant location surrounded by beauty and nature and right on the beach. The lodges are very private and thoughtfully and beautifully designed amongst the trees, they are really spaced out and discretely placed so you feel like you're...

Our visit to Ojo del Mar was perfection beyond anything I could have imagined. Situated on the end of the Osa Peninsula, the eco-lodge provided us with the vacation of a lifetime. Nico and her crew made us feel like we were family, providing us with the most delicious breakfasts and dinners and everything we needed in between. She was...

Lovely designed cabinas with an open view in the rainforest of Cosa Rica. Sleeping with a unique surrounding and directly at the beach. Monkeys, Toucans and all kind of beautiful birds are passing right above you - no wildlife tours are necessary :) Nico is the most wonderful host and her food is heavenly ! The beds are equipped with...

We entered as strangers and left as family. The hospitality of Nico and Mark was inspiring and the beauty of the grounds unmatched. Every meal was unique and delicious. The surrounding area is truly magical. Do yourself a favor and contact Nico now, you can thank yourself later.

Ojo del Mar fits like a glove into it's habitat. The structures are almost of the nature themselves, no interference, yet much human comfort. The wildlife is all around- they love the garden, the glowing eyes of the lightening bug at night, the howler monkeys call, irridescent butterflies, the scent of flowers on the air, Nico told us of the...

I have stayed at Ojo del Mar three times now. This is such a lovely place to experience the amazing biological diversity of the Osa Peninsula in great comfort. Every detail of the property is beautiful from the food, the accommodations to the tropical garden. Perhaps one of my favorite parts of staying at Ojo del Mar are the wonderful...

This place is paradise! My boyfriend and I stayed here 5 nights last week and have nothing but good things to say. The area is beautiful, remote and peaceful. We stayed in the beach cube falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys every morning. There are many beautiful hiking trails...
