My issue is that no one has ever bothered to have the courtesy to reply to my emails (3).
When I did phone a female which I presume is the co owner was argumentative and spoke over me and wouldn't let me articulate my issues.
This was my second stay with you, it was booked to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. The stay was shambolic and you changed my room without any good reason from the red room to some cold lower ground floor room.
