My husband and I used to live in France and have an affinity for the charm of a culturally European-style B and B. Breakfast was huge, the bed comfy, and we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and the people there warm and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I stayed in the attic room which was great, it has wonderful views of the river and castle and plenty of charm. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great, we would go back and stay there if we visit the area again.

The pension is centrally located, you can easily walk to the castle from there. The room is nicely decorated and they serve nice breakfast too! Had a great time there, hope can visit there again soon.

Excellent hosts and lovely breakfast. We stayed in a very comfortable attic room and could look down on the river. Breakfast was served out in the garden where we enjoyed watching people boating on the river. We were disappointed we had only booked for two nights and will be definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

We had a excellent stay at the pension. The host was very nice and offered us a great breakfast. The breakfast was slightly different everyday so we could enjoy the fresh bread, fruits, cakes and cookies. We can enjoy it in the breakfast room or in the garden. We strongly advise you to do it in the garden to enjoy... More

As others have suggested, this is a lovely place at a good price. Old building (threshold says 1635), right on the river, with hosts who go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Huge breakfasts, endless tea throughout the day, and a "honor system" refrigerator with chilled water, beer, and wine at excellent prices. Conveniently located on a... More

Ideal location with very comfortable accommodations. The breakfast can be served on the patio alongside the river. The owners were very helpful and friendly; we couldn't ask for nicer hosts. The room was a little small but extremely clean and had all the comforts (no TV, but we didn't miss it). We would stay again.

The guesthouse is clean and cozy. It is located in a quiet street but not difficult to find. Wounderful view as it is just next to the river. Nice, patient and helpful hosts. We appreciated the breakfast very much because it was different every morning during our stay. We recommend to everyone who are going to CK.

Just off the main street,Olsakovsky is a hidden gem that makes you feel like you are on vacation. From the prepared breakfasts to the quiet sitting area outside, its very easy disconnect from reality. I recommend to anyone to is looking for a short or long term stay.

This B&B was clean, had wonderful and helpful hosts, and was right on the river in Cesky Krumlov. Fantastic breakfast, very attentive service, and very affordable. If you are coming by car, keep in mind that finding the place can be difficult without very good GPS instructions.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our guest house Olšakovský is situated directly in the heart of the historical center of Český Krumlov, just two streets parallel below the town square Svornosti in the former handicraft street Parkán on the right bank of the Vltava river. Only very few accommodation as us can offer the location in the heart of the town with such calm and cossy atmosphere side of the tourist rush of the main road by the river Vltava. We can offer our guests the ideal chance for a pleasant vacation in an absolutely quiet and hidden part of town center with the unique experience of old medieval times, but with the comfort of the present. The river is just behind the house with a garden. ... more   less
