We followed the directions to the hostel and ended up at the big supermarket. First red flag was that the people working in the shop had no idea the hostel was there. We arrived into the STANKY lobby (if you'd even call it that). The stairway smelled of piss and bins. As we entered into the reception to pay, we... More

The hostel was great for us, because we came to Praque for visit. It was not the 5* hotel, but we did not expect much. The hostel is situated near downtown, it was the most importand thing for us. We spent a wonderful time there. Praque always fascinates!

No doubt, the worst hostel that I have been. Our room was directly in the reception and the "breaksfast" area, and we could listen everything from there. The main problem wasn´t the guests, was the reception woman (and the owner). She was in skype at 12 pm when we tried to sleep, and I asked her to stop, because we... More

We did not like this hostel! Because when we were there, it was dirty, smelled bad, smoky, do not accept cards, the site has been written that there is breakfast, but it is not absolutely, only tea and instant coffee, toilet and shower facilities are falling apart.

I've been there for two nights with my friends, the hostel is small but very clean and well located. The staff is very friendly, I really felt like i was at home. Also it's very cheap. You have a tube station 1 min walking from the hostel and a supermarket just down stairs. If I go back to Praghe I'll... More

This hostel is definitely for people on a budget which was perfect for us. We found that the place was really clean & extremely well located. It's a very quiet hostel with relaxed friendly guests, so don't stay here if you're looking for a typical party hostel atmosphere. The wireless internet is free and fast too and you can smoke... Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
