23 of us arrived for a 4 night stay, check in at 10am very quick, by hotel exceptionly friendly welcoming staff, directed to rooms and shown all the fancy top end automatic lighting and curtains, free safe and mini bar prices very low tea coffee making in room. Linen and towels changed daily. So room service was excellent. Breakfast 09.00 to midday was full english plus every other type of food you would want. Bar available 24/7 along with the coffee and fruit juices.
The lady manager Marketa ensured that all her guests were provided with our every need as did her very pleasant friendly helpful staff.
All of our party would sincerely highly recommend this quality hotel which is a credit to its manager,Marketa Charouzova

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel from the 5th-8th of March and from checking in we were greeted with helpful, attentive receptionists. All the staff were friendly and smiling. Our room was finished to a very high standard and gave a very boutique feel, equipped with everything you would need for a short break. The hotel itself was very clean, breakfast was fab and offered a great selection from fresh fruit, cooked breakfast and pastries. There was definitely something for everyone. Location was brilliant and all landmarks/central parts were a short 10-20 minute walk away. Would 100% visit again and can’t wait to be back. Thank you Pytloun Boutique for a lovely stay.

This hotel is at a great location: right in the middle of Wenceslas Square. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites such as Old Town Square, Powder Tower, and main train station. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room (junior suite) is very spacious by European standards. The two bedrooms are separated by a small hallway so there is privacy. Breakfast has good variety. The room was very quiet at night. We had a private balcony with great view. Modern decor. A couple of things that the hotel can improve: a shower curtain would be great, so the bathroom door wouldn't be soaking wet after each shower. Also, the hotel should allow the guests to adjust the room temperature. Our room was too warm; we were told the only way to lower the temperature was to open the window. The elevators are small and slow.

We were guests in September for 5 nights and I must say that I am impressed. I know of several hotels in Prague, but this one stands out clearly from all the others.

It starts with being taken personally to your room, explaining the interior highlights such as the Japanese toilet, the colored light, the bathtub and the electric curtains. Also you get the important information like breakfast times, the WLAN password etc. By the way: I tested the WiFi and got an average of 70-80 MBit/s. A positive surprise here, too, from other hotels at Wenzelsplatz I knew lower rates.

The room itself was very clean, the furniture was neat and modern. We also had a small balcony with a wonderful view of Wenceslas Square, and the view at night of the National Museum is simply beautiful!

The staff is friendly and helpful throughout, they always had a smile for us and the atmosphere can best be described as familiar, personal requests are handled immediately and uncomplicated :)

The breakfast itself takes place from 06-12 o'clock, which is extraordinarily long and of course very helpful after a long night ;) The selection is modern and delicious, I appreciate that you can take things like sausages and eggs in a separate small bowl and don't have to fish from a big pot like in common hotels of the world.

In summary, I can only say that this hotel is a very good choice for those who want more than just a place to sleep with breakfast and reception. It is a retreat that welcomes you with many amenities and a hearty atmosphere. Also at this point a big thank you to the staff, which made our vacation in Corona times just great!

I had visited the Pytloun Hotel in September and I am really very satisfied and will take this hotel every time I visit Prague in the future!
The rooms are modernly equipped and have great technical highlights, especially the Japanese toilet and the bathtub with bubbles are something new. Everything is clean and tidy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, you will be brought personally to the room and get all important information about the room and the equipment.
Breakfast has exceptionally long times, from 6h to 12h, the selection is also very modern and attractively presented. In the afternoon there are free delicious snacks in WECK glasses.
To make it short: This hotel convinces by a good quality in all aspects, from the service and the equipment to the cleanliness. This is really very pleasant, creates trust and has made me decide to book it every time I go to Prague.

Myself and my boyfriend had a lovely stay here for two nights.

We arrived at the hotel at 11am and despite check-in not being until 2pm, we were told our room would be ready in 15 mins but in the mean time we could help ourselves to the breakfast buffet, which was a really nice touch and immediately we felt welcome. The breakfast has a great range and is prepared fresh in front of you. The staff are really really helpful. No request is too much.

The room was huge and so so clean. It’s really nice decor and has some cool gadgets, such as the curtains of the window and bathroom being automatic and mood lighting. The toilet is also really high tech! Lovely shower and really comfy, massive beds. Really crisp white sheets that make it so comfortable. Also nice note left from the owner to wish us a nice stay in Prague.. which we did!

Throughout our stay the staff were a great asset to the hotel. We had help booking a reservation in a restaurant and they also booked us transport to the airport upon departure. They were all really kind and attentive.

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the new town. It’s on a square right in the heart of Prague. You do not need to use transport to anywhere other than the airport. Our hotel was looking out onto the square and despite lots of other reviews saying it was noisy all night, it certainly was not. We both had brilliant sleeps.

Overall I would stay here again in a heart beat and definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! I wish they did more of these hotels around the world.

Thank you all at Pytloun Hotel!

Our room was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in, it was spotless and incredibly comfortable. We had fun trying the different lighting and using the remote control curtains. We loved the jacuzzi bath, it was a great way to relax after a busy day sight-seeing, I will definitely miss the bath! We were lucky enough to have a balcony with table and chairs, which was lovely despite being cold out.
Breakfast was lovely and the prosecco made it feel a little bit special.
The hotel is in a great location, within walk of the old town and charles bridge and also close to the metro to visit places further away.
Staff were pleasant and having free snacks available all day in the bar was a nice touch.
The only problem we had was, despite the high standard of cleanliness, the cleaning staff were not great at replenishing items. On day 1 our bar of soap was taken and not replaced (luckily we had our own soap to wash our hands). Day 2 our coffee was replaced but milk was not (we bought some creamer from a shop nearby). Day 3 neither coffee nor milk were replaced. We phoned reception to ask for more coffee pods but they weren't able to do so, they suggested bringing a cup of coffee to our room but we wanted the coffee in the morning before we had breakfast. They said the cleaner could bring it to us in the morning but we were checking out that day and didnt want to wait for the cleaner to come around. This may not be a big deal for some people, but my morning coffee is very important to me, I would have brought my own if I had known it would not always be replenished.

I can’t even express with words how welcoming this place is.
I came to Pytloun to celebrate my birthday. This beautiful girl with a beautiful long hair at the reception, Lucinka, noticed my date of birth when checking me in, greeted me and upgraded my room for free.
I spent the evening in the lobby eating their amazing snacks they have there for free, enjoyed my welcome drink and talked with the staff while the manager was decorating the Christmas tree. Felt like I was at a friend’s house.
The rooms are amazing, the bathtub/whirpool was out of this world, the view from the roof is suprisingly beautiful.
I notice the small things so I really appreciated how amazing the carpet in the room felt on my feet.
Can’t wait to be back, thank you for a beautiful birthday.

Unusual, quirky hotel but in a good way. The light touches made it special too.

We didn't know it was still incomplete but it really didn't cause a problem for us. The reception, bar, dining space was all in one during the building work but we were told that the reception was due to move to the new ground floor entrance within a day of us leaving. I think this will make a huge difference as the entrance way was really unwelcoming.

The room was fun & quirky with coloured LED lights, window curtains controlled by remote control and glass bathroom where you had to press buttons to close privacy curtains.

The standard double room is VERY small. It has a huge TV (with really only a couple of news channels available in English so for us not worth having). The TV hanging from the wall at the foot of the bed is far too close, and makes passing from one side of the room to the other very difficult.

We had a window but only looked out to the window of the next building, so there really was no view at all. As we were there for 6 days this was disappointing. But we didn't spend much time in the room so not a problem, just would have been a nice plus to have a proper view. If this is important to you then may be worth booking a different type of room.

We had issues with housekeeping replenishing tea, milk & toiletry items in the room, but the reception / bar staff were amazing in trying to sort out issues as best they could. They were also very helpful with our many and varied queries.

The best thing for us were the yummy, yummy, Tapas in the afternoon! Hats off to the chefs. We were able to try a real taste of Czech food for free! And something different every day. Everything we tried was sooooo good. We really appreciated this bonus to our stay.

We also enjoyed the treat of a welcome drink, as well as Prosecco included in the breakfast.

Would definitely try other hotels in this chain and return here if ever in Prague again.

Some useful things to note:
Toiletries included in the room were a small bar of soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and shower cap.
In the pull down 'draw' under the wardrobe is a shoe horn, shoe brush and shoe shine sponge, iron & board. There is a kettle as well as a coffee machine in the room.

There is a towel rail in the bathroom however we were informed that heating was turned off at that time of year (2nd May) and air conditioning facility was turned on. So whilst it advises air conditioning in the room, evidently it's subject to date you travel - not good if you are a hot blooded person.

When we stayed at Pytloun, there was absolutely no accommodation for any dietary requirements, very limited fruit at breakfast and usually no bananas. I would recommend you try some other hotel that will accommodate your needs.
