Can’t understand the recent bad reviews that made me worried about our stay? We had a fabulous time. We were very lucky and stayed in the Duplex tower suite which is simply stunning. Special birthday treat. However, we were with a couple who stayed in a standard room and it was lovely too! The bedding and pillows were out of this word! Best I’ve ever stayed in to be honest! Breakfast was lovely and staff great at every touch point. Honestly, can’t fault it at all. Wonderful stay! Would love to come back soon!
We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of January and had a fabulous time overall. Location is unbeatable, right among the action across from the Palladium shopping mall. We were on the 2nd floor and there was some noise from the street below, so I'd suggest a higher floor if you're a light sleeper. The hotel and Executive room were very nicely finished, great attention to detail for the most part. Club lounge was fantastic, a great spot to sit for a drink after a day of exploring. Staff in the lounge were the nicest in the hotel and very attentive. Reception staff weren't super friendly, but efficient. We got married during our stay and there was really no mention of it, which I thought was a little underwhelming from a hotel of this calibre. But oh well. Pool area is very nice but quite small for the number of guests. Adele restaurant is very nice for dinner, lovely ambience, food and cocktails all very good at reasonable prices. …
This is not a 5 star hotel a 3 at best, booked a table with the restaurant manager for 9.30 to get there to be told we could only order pizza,Xmas Eve dinner great, the rooms are old and the air con is from the 80s,barman swearing behind the bar,the staff casually taking leave of there positions to go out the main entrance to smoke in the street, the breakfast is very poor quality. There are not bath robes or slippers stained carpets, soaps and stuff not replenished,1 bottle of water for a couple per stay, didn’t not try the spa so can’t comment other than the hotel put me off completely. The hotel owners need to get a grip and start again with the rooms, decor.Could never return to this hotel and like I said please don’t waste your money going down market
Unfortunately this hotel does not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel. The lobby is very small and therefore constantly crowded. It appears that there is no luggage room, as the lobby was always full of luggage. Breakfast is served in their cafe/restaurant. Again very crowded, as the tables are set very close to each other. The goods are displayed on the counter/Bar. I missed a variety of healthy cereal options and I couldn‘t get a tea pot.. If you are a sweet tooth you will be happy at breakfast. Staff is not very attentive. In the hotel they play ‚elevator music‘ from 8 am till 10pm, which you even hear in your room. I liked the big towels, but you do not get a bath robe, only when asked for. I don‘t know whether this is house keeping, but there a inconsistencies. We were missing a floor towel for 2 days, The free water bottle was only refilled upon request - once during our stay. Coffee tabs were not refilled. When asked twice at the reception it took 1 hour to get a coffee tab. From 3 nights, we only had a night service twice. Once house keeping forgot their keycard, so everything was lit up when entering. The spa is quite small. The young ladies at the reception desk are nice, but not organised. I expected a bit more service. The massage therapists are very nice. Big shout out to Silvia. She even gave me exercise ideas for improvement. Thank you.…
If you want excellent hotel in Prague then King Court is one of the best hotel I’ve ever visited in Europe. The Hotel is super clean and in very good location! The food is one of the best you can find ever in Europe – So many options and all so tasty. Great support by the team and great atmosphere. I truly recommended to visit this hotel any time you’re in Prague!
We spent a week here. It was exceptional in every way. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. If you need anything from front desk ask Dan. Kerel took time each morning to try to teach me their language. We had a great time together but afraid my grasp of the pronunciation was lacking…. Lol. I looked forward to seeing him each morning. The breakfast was large and varied. Everything from scrambled eggs to sushi to baked beans, It was better than we expected. All was fresh and replenished as needed. Varied and luscious deserts. Restaurant was very good, we enjoyed everything we tried. Pizza to carpaccio (which was excellent) was delicious. Local wines were great but we are not experts, we just know we liked them. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Take the time to learn how the temperature control works. We fought it all week. Daily maid service if desired. Fluffy towels, waterfall shower. Sufficient closet and dresser space for a weeks worth of clothes. Comfortable bar with with mixologist not just bartenders. Pride in their craft, was a joy to watch. Veronica was the best, her espresso martinis were dangerous in a good way. She was always smiling and interactive. Stipo you were great but sorry Veronica made a better martini. Location location location. The 3 most important things in real estate. It was perfect for us. So central we walked everywhere except to the zoo. Trolley and metro right out front, mall across street all major tourist attractions walkable. We LOVED Prague. Kings Court exceeded our expectations. Where you choose to stay can make or break a vacation. KC made our vacation more enjoyable. I want to commend the team. They worked so well together. Management please recognize those we mentioned and those behind the scenes. Bill and DeeDee…
We visited the Kings Court hotel in November for a birthday celebration. Without a doubt this is a fantastic hotel and probably one of the best we have ever stayed in. From the moment of arrival Emily had us checked in and gave us some tourist advise to start exploring the city as the room was not ready. When we returned Emily gave us a lovely quite room on the 6th floor. Rooms are beautiful with all conveniences expected including big TV, good internet, iron, safe and a complete control system for lights curtains etc. Steam room type shower is a nice touch. The room had a mini bar which was well stocked and also an Nespresso machine. The hotel is ideally located only a few minutes walk from the old or new town. It's an ideal location to explore the city and Tram no 26 stops across the square which is so handy for getting to or from the airport. Breakfast is amazing, I have never seen such a selection of food ranging from the usual breakfast fare to also include ice cream, donuts and Prosecco to name but a few. Possible to have breakfast outside too with a great view across the square. Strongly recommend this hotel and would visit again. The only minor gripes were the poor selection of TV stations and no way to use Netflix but I guess you are not in Prague to watch TV. Also only 1 complimentat bottle of water in the room per visit was unusual, but there are 2 supermarkets less than 1 minute away.…
Best place, great spot, near great stores, beautiful and modern ambience.extra friendly staff, someone by name of Carl extra special.
