We stayed for three nights in February and were generally pleased with the accommodation. It is not the nicest hostel that we stayed in on our trip but as the title says you get what you pay for! For a short back-packing holiday though it is more than adequate as you only really need a bed to sleep in and...

We stayed at the Hostel Centre from the 21st to the 27th of December 2014. Located near the National Museum and Wenceslas Square, you can get to the Stare Mesto in about 10 minutes on foot. Given the price it was above our expectations - we paid 5€ per night in an 8-bed dorm: reception 24/7, the staff spoke average...

I was sucked into staying at hostel centre by the amazingly cheap prices over new years - what a mistake. This hostel is the exact opposite of what I'd heard about Prague hostel culture and Czech hospitality. Apart from the two girls at reception who checked me in, the staff were cold, borderline rude and unfriendly. The common room has...

You get everything you expect from a good hostel: it's clean, quiet, cheap, there are personal cabinets for your stuff, hostel has free wi-fi, and it's close to the city center. Staff is really helpful.

We came with friends to Prague for 3 night just for meeting with another friends. We decided to book a room in this hostel because it looked fine and clean compared to the price. After the check in the girl from reception showed us the room, bathroom and other important places in hostel. Room was clean, beds were comfortable in...

Upon entry the grumpy woman behind the counter was not very pleased to help us. After some sighing and searching she had some beds available. When asked if I could pay by card, she said it wasn't possible. Only crones or euros(at a terrible exchange rate). After filling in paper after paper, since they don't have a system, we got...

The place is downright eerie. If your looking for a cheap stay that has the look and feel of a 1960's horror film in the backdrop of a convalescent home, you my friend have come to the right place. Whispering seems to be the norm and do t even think about making eye contact with another tourist. The place is...

This hostel is very good value for money- it was the cheapest we stayed in out of 7 cities and it was definitely not the worst. The rooms were clean, spacious, and we didn't have to make up the bed linen which was great (we had to do that several times in other hostels and is not what I want...

We stayed in a double room for four days in this hostel this month, and were quite happy with it. The room price is in the mid-to-low range of hostels, and you get what you pay for: relatively clean room (cleaned once a day), and a borderline bathroom (take flipflops with you!). But overall, it is a good place for...

Unfriendly people, dirty bathroom and terrible beds. The only advantage of being in this hostel was the locality. Me and my boyfriend had to give money in advance for everything. A terrible experience...
