The hotel located downtown is very close to the Moldau and various sights. It combines a reasonable price with great service and very friendly professional employees. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary and fully stuffed during the whole breakfast time. Basic Rooms are a bit small but well equipped.
The Mosaic hotel in Prague was wonderful. Lovely staff, professional whilst being very friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfasts with plenty to fill me up, however there is no vegan cooked food - hence 4 instead of 5 stars - I am sure this will improve as there were lots of vegan restaurants in the city. The room was comfortable with some lovely touches with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket. Nice comfy bed. Could have done with an armchair or sofa. Best touches: free glasses of Prosecco vouchers for the bar; welcome bottle on arrival; sweets on checking. Overall we can’t wait to go back, but hoping for a vegan option in the cafe.
A lovely stay at the Mosaic hotel during a snowy weekend in January. The rooms are spacy, modern and comfortable. I had a great night sleep in a complete silent room, even with the windows open. The in-hotel bar is wonderfully cosy and nice. The restaurant is a bit hectic at times, but the food makes more than up for this atmosphere. Highly recommended!
The hotel was very nice. The quality of a luxury chain without the expensive pricetag. They had personalized welcome notes in the room and gave us complimentary drinks at check-in. We even got gift bags with candy at checkout. In walking distance to most attractions. So, you don't even need a cab most of the time. Only two notes would be, if you are a clumsy person, like me, be mindful of the glass doors. The style of glass and the impeccable polishing make it hard to tell there is even glass some times. On a more serious note, we did not get fresh towels for most of our stay. As nice as everything else was, I would have expected towels to e changed instead of just being re-hung.
Well what can I say! Came here for my partner's 30th and was blown away, as someone who has been to many countries and hotels I was so impressed with this hotel. Complimentary bottle of prosecco and two glasses each at the hotel bar as a welcome was a great added touch. The hotel is extremely clean and always smelt fresh when you walked in. Staff friendly and helpful and didn't have any problems in helping when you asked for something. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, didn't have hot chocolate at the coffee machine but staff made us it when we asked. Couldn't of asked for a better hotel and can't wait to come back again.
Central hotel with friendly staff. Very easy to check in and check out. The cafe at the hotel was very nice with really friendly staff there. The old town is a 10 min walk away with some really cool places to visit along the way. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean room and helpful, friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our luggage as we arrived before check in. Restaurant served contemporary meals that were yummy. Will visit on next prague holiday. Thank you
Absolut lovely hotel. Breakfast was great. The rooms were very nice and cozy. I loved the design of the bathroom. Also the details in the room are very nice! The location is very good, many tram stations around the hotel and easy to reach the train station by public transport. The area around the hotel has lots of good restaurants to offer. Would definitely come back, its worth a visit!
My second visit to this wonderful hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff with a great sense of humor, and upgraded to the Penthouse without asking! Lovely bar and restaurant, everything is immaculately clean and stylish. Oh, and great coffee too. I highly highly recommend this hotel, excellent value in all aspects. My sincere thanks to all of the staff and management, I will be back regularly.
The Mosaic House Design Hotel is absolutely stunning, providing Scandinavian-style charm in the center of Prague. The rooms are clean, bright, and have everything you need, and the hotel bar/lobby is a peaceful and stylish space to unwind after a long day out. What really makes the hotel special is the staff, though - everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The private spa experience is not to be missed. Having the sauna and jacuzzi to yourself is wonderful, and the prosecco and fruit makes the experience feel extra luxurious. We also had a couples massage which was incredible and highly recommended. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of options to suit everyone. As a vegan, I had a hearty breakfast every day and soya milk was provided. Lots of fruit, cereals, breads and other options. Nice coffee and selection of juices as well as prosecco if you're feeling celebratory in the morning. The location is great and fairly central, though outside of the touristy and busy old town region. It took us very little time to walk anywhere we wanted to go, though you could also take a tram if walking is not an option.…
