I stayed here for a convention for four days. I had a very restful stay in a very quiet hotel situated within a stone's throw of all the facilities in Jewish Old Town Prague - synagogues, kosher restaurants and the river and its amenities. The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much effort. The facilities were of a... More

Stayed with my mother for a weekend. Nice hotel, very good location, close to city center but away from the "hustle and bustle". The staff is very friendly, good breakfast, clean rooms, very good shower and the hotel is nicely decorated. Just a few remarks : - I have asked for check-in between 13:00 and 14:00 ( received a confirmation... More

Located near to the Old Town Square (5 min walking distance), it is very convenient to visit the old town, also not very far from the Pague Castle. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Actually we booked two rooms, one room is normal, but the other room at fifth floor is executive room, very big, and the wash room... More

When I rate a hotel with 4 or 5 stars, it does not mean I am comparing the hotel with Four Seasons or Ritz Carltons of the world. What I want is a comfortable and pillows, a reliable and large elevator (lift) priced around $100 (100 euros) per night with a decent free breakfast. The Myo Hotel Caruso hits on... More

I stayed in this hotel for five nights while at a recent business conference in Prague. This is a nice, boutique hotel that is on a quiet street in Old Prague near the old Jewish Quarter. It is only a 5-7 minute walk to the Old Town Square so it was very well situated for me. Also, it is two... More

A good find. Great value and easy to get anywhere to see Prague. Rooms are big. Shower is hot. Beds comfortable. Recommend for your next stay in Prague. Breakfast is big and tasty with strong hot coffee and cold juice. Get a room without a bath. The shower cubicle is huge. If more than 2 of you get the suite.... More

The front clerk was most helpful.did not realize you can not park in Prague without a paid parking permit available to resident. Had to park the rental about 5 minutes away. Rooms are small, but for price and location, that seems to be a good compromise. The construction is not terrible, but it does take a toll on the atmosphere.... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
