We have just spent five days in Prague and four nights at your hotel. We made some fabulous memories in Prague and the trip was a truly memorable holiday. The hotel was superb and all the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room we had, 402, was very good, and suited our needs. It was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed the kosher food. Please thank the kitchen staff and especially the young woman who was front of house in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the gentleman who was also there at breakfast.

This was our first trip to Prague, and I sincerely hope it won’t be our last, and we look forward to returning to the Hotel Caruso on our next trip.

Hotel foyer was well laid out, very clean and welcoming.
Clean room, spacious, all requirements catered for.
Hotel location is good, about 5 minutes' walk from the Old Town Square, where Christmas markets were held during our stay. Also, 2 minutes' walk from the Vltava riverfront.
Staff were very helpful, prepared to go the extra mile, they booked tickets for concerts for us, which made things much easier.
Good breakfast, plenty of choice, with different dishes prepared most mornings.
Would stay here again.

Arrived late after travelling from Israel. Sahib at reception was professional and friendly, answered all our questions with a smile!
After reading a review on Trip advisor from a former guest, I asked for Carlo in the dining room as we keep Kosher. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a paper cup and plastic cutlery...offered fruit and vegetables and even spoke about cut vs uncut! He and his staff were wonderful.
I recommend the Caruso hotel highly.
Rooms are also well-equipped.
Finally, it is 2 two doors down from the Beit Chabad!

When I arrived, I was greeted excuses of how my agency double booked the room. The hotel had given away the room I booked even though I booked it 2+ months in advance and paid on time. They did not notify me in any way, even though they had my details, both email and phone number as well as they could have contacted me throught the agency's messaging app.
The receptionist told me not to worry, as "they had remedied my agency's mistakes" and they had booked "a better room" for me, so they sat me and my partner down at a couch and offered us a drink while we wait for the taxi that would take us to the other hotel. To cut a long story short, this whole moving between hotels took about one hour, so by the time we went out all the restaurants were closed and we had to settle for whatever fast food we could find.
The hotel they sent me to was another "Myo" hotel, namely "Myo hotel Mysterious". As for "the better room" they promised, it was 450 sq.ft. as opposed to the 635 sq.ft. I had booked. It had no private patio, as opposed to the one I had booked, it was on the first floor on a very noisy area (as opposed to the top floor I had booked), so we only got a few hours of sleep every night - after 2 o'clock when things became a bit more quiet.
By the next day I had figured out that this is how they fill all their hotels, overselling their most expensive rooms and then sending you to the other "Myo" hotels that don't get full, so I filed a complaint with booking.com and told them the whole story. The agent I spoke to said that they had not been notified and that they would spare no effort to get me compensated for my trouble and the lower quality room I received. Eventually, hotel Caruso rejected any compensation and offered no apology, continuing to claim I received a better room.

The hotel is an easy walk to the old town square and the Charles Bridge. There are also a good number of restaurants, bars, mini supermarkets and boutique stores nearby. The hotel is housed in an old building and the rooms are quaint. One lady at the night reception was not so accommodating, but the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly.

We travelled to Prague for the Christmas markets and stayed in Hotel Caruso. The location was perfect and quiet,it is less than a 5 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were very big as was the bathroom . The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise from the street below.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is Kosher and there was plenty of everything, its not very everyone but will get you started in the morning. Would stay again if visiting Prague.

Caruso was recommended To me by my brother who had recently stayed there. I found a very pretty hotel, in an old classical building, very well maintained. Rooms were well equipped and clean, and sufficiently cool in the very warm weather. Most of all the staff was very helpful (I needed some assistance to to a medical incident) and they made sure I received all support I needed. This will be my future Prague choice.

I stayed in a hotel recently. the rooms are very nice and the location of the hotel is excellent, these are the only positive things... despite this the rooms are very dirty. the carpet is full of dust, the beds, even with clean sheets, were found full of hair (I attach photos). the staff is incompetent and rude, a superior and aggressive attitude towards the customer prevails, in fact when the reception was asked to remedy the dirt on the bed there was no immediate attempt and the problem was solved only the next day . little food and at unworkable times for a family going on holiday to rest.

I found the hotel delightful. My room was very comfortable. The breakfasts they served were very, very nice. The staff was most accommodating. The hotel arranged for me to be picked up at the airport when I arrived and arranged for a cab to take me back to the airport when I left. Thank you Billye and all the front desk staff. You guys were the best. Will definitely stay with you again when I return to Prague.
