Just like all the hotels in the Asten Hotels group, Boutique Hotel Klarov presented an exceptional architectural challenge. Since our takeover of the hotel in 2014, we ask ourselves every single day - how can we surprise you, our dear guests, during your stay and make it a memorable experience? We renovated all of our rooms in 2015, taking inspiration from the stories of the world's most famous musicians who have given concerts in Prague since 1989. Now you can meet superstars like Rolling Stones or Joan Baez, not in person of course, but as motifs. In our Club Lounge and the hotel's private garden you can experience the charm of French countryside right in the center of a global capitol. Our prime location in the center puts all the attractions within walking distance. We do our job with love and passion so that we can meet all your expectations and make you want to stay. We are passionate hoteliers, looking very much forward to seeing you.

This hotel is a lovely place in the heart of Prague, very close to the top atractions including Prague castle and Carls Bridge. The location is just priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay despite the fact we were woken up by the tram at 5AM. Next morning we asked the receptionist to switch our room and she did this right away. We originally booked the superior room with the bathtub and garden view but ended up in the deluxe room with the view to the Castle. I can just assume they wanted to offer us an upgrade… but if you dont want to be woken up by the tram make sure to get the “garden” view!!!

The bed was comfortable with a great selection of pillows but none of them of the normal size of pillow just one great one and several tiny ones. The hotel itself is pretty loud, with big old doors and windows so you can hear everybody leaving their room especially the housekeeping room next door. Both our rooms were modern and nicely equipped, each room dedicated to the one famous artist. Our first bathroom was little bit rusty, with the bad smell from the shower drain and the door not working properly but the second one was more than OK. It was huge with a great bathtub.

The breakfast was delicious with great selection of pastery, fruits, musli etc. It was served 7:30-10:30 but the first day we arrived at 9:30 and everything including the coffee was already cold. Next day we arrived at 8:00 and everything was perfect.

Hotel Klarov is at walking distance from the Castle of Prague and it is ideal to visit the city main attractions. The Hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can park onsite (along the street in front of the hotel) but you may have to pay a fee depending on the type of room you book. I suggest booking a Deluxe Room, which includes parking in the price. The breakfast is very nice too and offers a wide selection of choices. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Prague again.

Perfect location if you are visiting Prague! It´s close to subway station and tram stops, plus it´s in walking distance to both the old town and malá strana. The hotel was very lovely, cosy decor and furniture, very kind and helpful staff. We stayed in the Beyonce suite and it was super quiet and calm. The room itself was much bigger than we expected, so was the bathroom. There´s a coffee machine with few coffee capsules available for free. The breakfast was tasty, they had a nice variety of foods to pick from, huge advantage was coffee such as capuccino included in the service. We visited in summer and they had a lovely courtyard/garden so we were able to enjoy our breakfast outside. For us, this was definitely 10 out of 10 and would recommend it anyday!

I’ve never been to Prague before, and so didn’t know the area well. I managed to get a really good deal for a standard room on booking.com and was heading out there for my 30th birthday with my boyfriend. I wrote a little note asking if there was anything they could do to make it special - when we arrived the lady on the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful - we made it up to our room and I was blown away when I opened the door. They had upgraded us to one of the top floor suites, filled the room with balloons and a birthday banner.
I was speechless, it completely made my birthday. We had a stunning view of the castle!

The hotel is in a fabulous spot. From the airport you can get a bus and tram ride which for two people was around 100czk.

We walked everywhere, and I would say that if you’re happy walking definitely do so, the buildings are beautiful, and everything is within a comfortable walking distance.

We woke up to snow on the last day, it was magical!

Since returning I’ve recommended the hotel to so many of my friends and colleagues because it was fantastic.

Thankyou so much for making my birthday so special! ❤️

Hello everyone! We were at this hotel from February 2 to February 4. I really liked the hotel. Literally everything!!!
The hotel itself is located next to the old town of Praga1. On foot for 10 minutes you can get to the city center, where all the sights are located. Near the hotel there is a metro, tram lines. But this does not interfere with living. The hotel is very cozy. The hotel has everything you wish:
Bathrobes, slippers, cotton swabs, cotton slippers, shower cap, very good quality soap, hand lotion, shampoo, shower gel. A lot of towels: for the face, for the hands, for the body, hairdryer.
Stunning view from the window. The hotel is very clean and warm. The room also has air conditioning. The room has a minibar, coffee machine, cups, tea. There are glasses for wine, champagne and whiskey.
Breakfast was very nice too. There is plenty of choice and variety of cheeses, sausages, jam and yoghurt. Delicious bread.
The hotel is located in a very good place. I liked literally everything. I would like to say thanks to the girl Sofia, who met us at the reception. She answered all the questions and told us where and where you can go and see.
The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. I advise you to visit this hotel. We'The hotel plays very beautiful music, it seems that you will get into the theater. We'll definitely go back there. ❤❤❤👍👍👍

We were relocated to Klarov from its sister hotel Dvorak, which was closed due to low occupancy, but Klarov didn't disappoint! The view from our suite room, of the castle and Mala Strana across to Charles bridge, was stunning. Such a great location too, really easy to explore the city with tram and metro on the doorstep, as well as getting to and from the airport via public transport. Would recommend a travel pass for the luxury of jumping and off whenever your feet are getting tired! Breakfast was really varied and fresh. Service was great and although reception was closed when we arrived at 9pm, our key card with instructions were left in a key safe by the front door - only problem was that we only noticed an email message explaining this with the code once we had arrived and jumped onto the hotel WiFi from the porch area to Google a phone number for the hotel. Mild panic but not a problem and didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I can recommend this stay. Beutiful place, modernly furnished. We were in Luciano Pavarotti room - 5th floor and it has probably one of the most beautiful panorama view to the Prague. Great advantage is availability to have parking in front of the hotel - after reservation. Very hepful and smiling stuff, rich breakfast.

We stayed for a short holiday in Prague and this hotel was ideal, especially because of its excellent location, within walking distance of the historical centre and all the city's main attractions. In addition, the hotel is right opposite the metro and tram stop, so very convenient even if you want to use public transport. The room was spacious and very clean, with a really big bathroom. Excellent toiletries, well stocked minibar, flat screen TV and wi-fi. Very comfortable bed, we slept very well at night also thanks to the quiet area and well soundproofed rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel is charming & perfectly maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived too early to check in, but my luggage was kept secure and then put iin my room waiting for me when I returned. The hotel is in a perfect location, very easy walk to main historic sites. The room was amazingly quiet and I couldn’t believe I was in a major city without any city noise. My room had a beautiful view of the river & historic buildings. There is a Nespresso machine in room, but I prefer tea, & staff quickly brought a water kettle within minutes of my request.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful location, close to the river, metro station, trams, access to Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral. It is also within easy walking distance of Charles Bridge as well as the Old Town and Prague Boats across the river. We stayed for three nights on the top floor in the Luciano Pavarotti room which provided great views of the castle from the windows in the roof. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied in choice and very good as a start to the day. Overall my son and I recommend this as a very good place to stay.

We had a fabulous room with a view of the Castle so not sure if there are rooms with River views. The staff are amazing and I am sure if you email them before booking and explain it is for your honeymoon they will be able to tell you what rooms are available.

Hi We had a room on the third floor with views of palace and a side view of river. But would imagine top floor to be the best for views.

Hello, thank you very much for your kind interest in hotel Klarov Prague, member of Asten Hotels. With regards to your question: Deluxe Rooms with a view to Prague Castle feature standing shower only, not bathtube. Superior Rooms with the back view - still very nice to Government House feature huge bathrooms with bathtube. These rooms are very nice and quiet. Then we could offer our Executive Suite located on the 5th floor with amazing view to Prague Castle featuring stepping shower as well as bathtube. Should you wish to receive more detailed information please provide your e-mail address and I will be happy to contact you directly. We have only 3 rooms of this type and 1 Executive Suite as described so please let me know with your reservation that we can assure you are assigned with room which perfectly suits your needs. Thank you and I look forward to hear from you. with kind regards, Petra
