Unfriendly, unhelpfully staff. I was there with my husband and our baby. At the first night we asked for a extra blanket for our baby and the hotel staff said they never have 3 blankets in the room and brought us a towel!!! The daily housekeeping service was just bringing new towels, that’s it. They didn’t tidy the room, not even make the bed. Furthermore the TV and the Telephone didn’t work.
The most annoying was we can’t sleep because they sing karaoke until 4am!!! It was horrible and not worth a penny

Clean, basic - but without a functioning air-conditioning system, and with uncomfortable beds .. Lifestyle wizardry turns man to zombie in just one night! The location certainly doesn't help - 30 minutes overhead on every Uber to the city centre. It's been the least enjoyable hotel visit I've had in years.

On the positive side, the showers were good, service polite, rooms clean and breakfast sufficient. The midnight karaoke is actually on-key and no additional charge!

There may be several good reasons to stay at this hotel if you need to be in the neighbourhood - but otherwise - bound to be better choices

I booked this hotel last year in June. Reason being i just arrived from a long trip and the hotel offered a bar and a casino (so it says on the website). Arriving the receptionist didn say welcome nor inquired about travel just demanded a deposit in cash and for the rest did not explain a thing about the surrounding area (4 stars a bit of an explanation/service can be expected) also asked about the bar and casino. However this apparantly is a members only casino and hotel bar. So all in all nothing to do. I tried to get in and some people seemed to be laughing at the gesture.
My first night i tried the hotel restaurant. Waiter stank of cigarettes and didnt speak english and only seemed eager to close at 22:00 the closing time. As the table next to me was not allowed to order dessert anymore and i was brought my starter and main at the same time. Only upside of the hotel are the 2 tjech receptionists i encountered a young girl and an older gentleman also the rooms are nice and bed is comfortable.

Used this as a stop off hotel for a job to Prague . First impressions , seemed a decent hotel , good price in an unremarkable area, about 20 minutes drive from centre. Then got there , at check in had to hand over 50 euros as a minibar deposit - nothing mentioned about that on booking.com. The bar and restaurant was shut however the guy on reception said there was a karaoke bar and casino in the basement. Went down there and was told by a very unfriendly couple that there was no bar bar available to me , despite people coming and going out of "private karaoke" rooms . Got a couple of beers to take to room instead although got short changed in czech coins as no change in euros . Then , despite being on the top floor , could not sleep due to music from the basement , which goes on till past 2 a.m on a Sunday night . Absolutely no sound proofing so can hear everything , OK if you like Oriental pop music I suppose . Can't recommend this hotel at all, I am a very heavy sleeper but ended up sleeping in my van in minus 2 weather (still an improvement). Unfortunately prepaid the room so no chance of a refund, although hopefully booking.com can sort it . On check out the lady asked me how my stay was, I mentioned the noise but I got the impression she had heard all this before !
In the interest of balance , the breakfast is not bad .
I usually read moaning reviews like this and think get a grip! But seriously , without morphine to knock you out , give it a wide berth!it would be fine on a weekend , but if you need as a work stop off I would avoid.

Room and breakfast are ok.
But I was not able to sleep before 4 AM when the Karaoke club closes down.
Avoid at all costs if you plan to get some sleep there.
Some of the personel does not speak English.

We chose this hotel due to its close location to the Tempo Titans baseball ground and booked 12 rooms. Our children who were playing in a baseball tournament stayed in a bed and breakfast very close by. Altogether, there were over 40 of us in our group, but the hotel went out of its way to accommodate us by allowing our children to eat with us. They also laid on impressive buffets for us and accepted all the late changes we threw at them.
The restaurant/bar closed at 10pm, but the casino/bar downstairs was open for as long as required. The rooms and facilities were clean and stylish. Warm showers with plenty of hot water. Free Wifi.
My only criticism might be the noise from the karaoke boxes but this was only a small complaint as the rooms and beds were comfortable.
Everybody in our group agreed that we will book this hotel for our trip next year.

Modern 4* hotel, pretty much everything you need for this kind of money (we payed 59 or 69 euros pro room per night). The only thing I recommend is to buy yourself some ear plugs, because the hotel is owned and attended by karaoke-singing asians. Besides this - very nice staff, good morning buffet!

Hotel was situated outside the city, but was good price and value. Need to take bus+metro to get to the old town so the connections are a bit confusing but ok. Friendly staff. Breakfast very simple. Clean rooms, a bit noisy, and hot in summer (you can´t open windows because of traffic). Ok stay, but I would stay closer to the city if I were to choose a hotel for a holiday, but if you are traveling on a strict budget this is an ok choise.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. It's hard enough to find a nice hotel as nice as this in Europe for this price, let alone a hotel for this price that can accommodate a family of 5. The FREE breakfast in the morning was great. It consisted of eggs (mostly over easy, some cooked through) 2 kids of sausage links, French fries (weird but my kids liked them), corn flakes, chocolate granola cereal, slices of whole grain bread and white bread, salami, bierschinken (like ham. But better), cut vegetables (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, etc), whole apples, Caprese salad, butter, small jars of jelly/jam/honey, orange juice, milk, water, and THE most amazing chocolate puff pastries. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The room we had (212) was a quad suite. It was 2 rooms with a kingsize bed and a twin in one room and a "sleep sofa" the size of a double bed in the other room. It was very clean, nicely decorated, had a large flat screen tv, and even a full desktop computer with English icons and high-speed internet, free wi-fi, and had a remote controlled A/C (there were 2 radiators on the wall if you come during winter). The bathroom had a nice size stall shower with great water pressure :0). The room had a stocked mini-bar that required a €20 deposit. You get it back at check out as long as you don't drink anything. We didn't eat any other meals in the restaurant besides breakfast so I can't comment on their other food but the patio had a swing set and I read they are planning on installing more play things. We did not go into the casino nor did we do karaoke (although they have private rooms and we could have had an amazing family night). The reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because of location. Public transportation is very easy to navigate, but with 3 kids, having to ride a bus to the subway then take the subway to the city was a pain. It totaled about 30-35 minutes travel one way depending on which stop you get off at. Its a 10-15 minute drive BUT leaving your vehicle in their secure parking lot is safer. Prague is one of the top rated places for vehicle B&E and theft. I would most definitely come back here and I plan on reccomending it to all my friends.
