The location of the hotel is just great. Near the Charles Bridge, and in a walking distance from everything to see in the city of Prague. It was a great place to look forward too, after a long day of sightseeing.

This is a typical hotel that bets heavily on its location and view, and as a consequence neglects the other important aspects a hotel should offer. First and foremost, what matters is that you make your guests feel right at home, that's what hospitality is all about. Some of your employees were kind as they should be, but others were...

Hotel was located well and clean, however the bed was too hard, was supposed to be in a suite for 3 adults but had one bed and a sofa that didn't turn into a bed. All woke up with bad backs. Near nightclub and heard throughout the night. Didn't have any normal tea or coffee.

Last minute trip to Prague - booked this hotel through Hotels.com when we arrived in Prague. Great location, walking distance to everything, including the metro to/from airport. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning. Our room was on the 5th floor, which is the attic, and our 'windows' were in the ceiling. Although we did not have a view of...

Lovely hotel but be warned the first & second floor rooms are VERY noisy. Hotel is opposite the largest nightclub in Europe and it is above an all night gym - loud music until the early hours (5.00a.m.). We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not get much sleep at all. Shame because the location is perfect...

The Charles Bridge Palace was a lovely hotel. It was in a perfect location within walking distance to several main attractions. The staff were very helpful in setting up a few of our excursions. As well as going out of their way to help us find a doctor while we we there. The only negative thing to my daughter and...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
