Very nice location in the old town with convenient parking next door. You won't need your car for the remaining stay as everything is close by or reachable by public transport.
As platinum elite we got upgraded to a nice 1bdr family suite. The view was non-existent but the room very spacious with 1,5 bathrooms, very appreciated.
The M club is still closed but we got a voucher entitling us to soft drinks all day long in the lobby bar or at The Artisan restaurant. The evening offerings consisted of 1 plate of appetizers and 1 dessert plate with 2 mini pastries. Wine, beer and prosecco were also offered with this voucher. Better than nothing but a litte meager compared to the usual M club offerings.
During breakfast mask wearing and sanitary measures were not enforced. Half the staff were wearing their mandatory masks under their nose and never engaged the non-wearing mask guests. All the mandatory signs for distance and handsanitizers were in place but not enforced at all. We didn't feel safe. We felt the contrast as we just came from a German Marriott the day before where the Covid certificate with ID was asked at check in. Breakfast needed registration for tracing purposes and buffet was one-way..German thoroughness at its best. Well Czech sanitary measures in general could be applied more strictly.
Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay and will come back.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great- a short walk to the main square with astronomical clock and also a short walk to the train station if you want to take a day trip or rent a car. There is also a shopping mall practically across the street and a small local market on the way to the main square, as well as a metro stop. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with all of the amenities. There was a nice seating area and desk in the room with great internet, so we were able to keep up with everything back home. We had concierge level access so we ate breakfast here daily as well as evening dinner/snacks and drinks. Everyone working here was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a great view of the city, but we spent the entire day out in the city, so who needs a view when you can experience it firsthand? We will stay here on our next visit.
Note- we walked everywhere, including Prague Castle, but there are these nice older cars that you can tour the city in, so if you are looking for a unique way to give your feet/legs a rest, we saw the cars on the walk to the square.

We recently made another visit to the Prague Marriott, staying in an executive room with lounge access and as per our previous visits we had an excellent stay, although there are still a couple of areas for improvement.

The room was a reasonable size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the window opened a little bit, and had all the normal facilities eg tea/coffee making, 84 channels on the TV, a safe, iron, free wifi etc. A complimentary bottle of water was provided every day, regardless of whether or not the previous one had been drunk ! Unfortunately, the room had a connecting door and the sound proofing of these is not great, which means you get to hear the noise from next door. In our case this was mainly sounds of a small child in the morning, which was not a problem most days as it acted as an alarm clock to get up, but started at 5.30am on our last day. We were also awoken one day with a knock on the door at 9am with a member of staff wanting to checking the mini-bar – we had neglected to put the “do not disturb” sign on our door…………

The Executive Lounge was very good, with some very nice snacks in the evening and the wine was pleasant. The service was excellent, with a special mention to Jamie from Colombia ! We were able to print our boarding passes for our return flight from the computer in the lounge. Breakfast also had more than enough options for us, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were particularly good.

At check-in, we were given a voucher for a free drink so on the first night we went to Bourbon Bar to take advantage. The staff were very friendly but it turned out that it was just one free drink not one each ! At least the more expensive drink was treated as the complimentary one.

No doubt we will be back soon.

Possibly the worst Marriott we have ever stayed at. Room was not only boring and bland the "view", was a roof directly below with workmen. Noise during the day was deafening, you could not comeback early to nap, it was constant noise. When we tried to get our rooms switched at the front desk woman was very rude and could not have cared less, said, "most people are out during the day". Unless you plan to never be in your room during the day, book elsewhere.

Breakfast was a buffet and really tasted premade, stale and frozen/boxed good, we went to the Cafe Imperial for breakfast instead. Bar was a joke it seemed the only thing they knew how to make was Mai Tias, which was the special drink every night we were there!

I would have given it 1 star but the location was good, easily walked to the Astronomical clock, Lenin Wall, St. Charles Bridge, Crawling Babies, restaurants and shopping.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the room to the food in the restaurant to the location - this was a top notch choice. We stayed here for 2 nights as a precursor to a river cruise and the hotel was chosen by the cruise company. The HUGE breakfast buffet was included, and it was incredible with lots of choices, all of which were very good. It was a pleasure to find wash cloths in the bathroom as many European hotels do not provide them. The location is within 1/2 block of Republic Square and an easy 10 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock. There is a 5-story shopping mall in Republic Square so anything forgotten at home is easy to replace. There are many restaurants in the area and a Billa grocery almost next door to grab snacks.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast had a wide variety but wasn't always hot enough. They provided a bottle of water at check-in and a stocked fridge at reasonable rates. The front desk didn't seem knowledgeable about anything in the area but the concierge was helpful.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff was very accommodating. There was a small Christmas market around the corner and another a minute or two further. My room was large and comfortable with a modern bathroom. Nice amenities. I appreciated the US outlets and USB ports as well. I was concerned about noise since I had an exterior window and was close to the elevator but it was surprisingly quiet.

The breakfast was exceptional. We also did room service one evening, which was prompt and relatively inexpensive for local meats and cheeses. Some very big groups stay here so give breakfast and the elevators some extra time in the morning.

Prague is a very touristy town with a bit of a pickpocket issue. Be careful, even in the lobby. They could use a bit more security near the elevators.

We stayed here for three nights prior to a Danube River Cruise. It appears that in addition to Tauck, Viking and AMA Waterways use this hotel as they had tour desks in the same area.

The location is great for sightseeing! If our luggage did not arrive, we had planned to go over to the Palladium but did not need it but did walk over. It is a five minute walk and has many American names, so if you did need to pick-up items, it was close by.

Our room 758 was on top floor so some of the ceilings were angled but we enjoyed the room with spacious sleeping, work and bathroom areas. The closet space was ample as well. The shower had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with an array of hot and cold items and could get a made-to-order omelet as well. We did have a light late lunch/early dinner the day we arrived. The dill soup was a local item, and glad we tried it. Flavorful and nice for a cool day!!!

We would definitely stay here again, if we were to return to Prague. We could walk to many of the attractions....Charles Bridge, Old Town Bridge Tower, Astronomical Clock/Old Town Square, Letna Park, National Theatre, Dancing House and the Mucha Museum. Prague Castle, Lobkowicz Palace and St Vitus Cathedral definitely required car/bus to get to!

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times in the last three months (2 nights in August, 2 nights in September and 3 nights in October). I have enjoyed all of my stays there.

The hotel is located in a great location. During my stay, I did not need to use a public transport or get a cab.

The rooms are tastefully decorated - especially the ones in the new part of the hotel. I was upgraded to the newest rooms on my second and third stay. I have especially enjoyed my second stay at the hotel as the upgraded room had a really good layout with an outstanding built-in seating area under the window (it was my favourite feature of the room).

In many hotels, bathrooms can be a bit of a let down (mainly due to water pressure). However, this was not the case at this hotel - the bathrooms (in both old and new parts) were simply amazing with a high water pressure.

The location is great and just about a reasonable walking distance to all the tourist attractions. We were three families staying at the Marriott Prague, each with separate rooms. For the first two days, we were short towels and had to constantly call the front desk. Certainly, when we check in, the hotel made photo copies of our passports and knew exactly how many guests per room. One of our other friends had exactly the same issue. The level expected at the Marriott Prague was below what you would receive elsewhere. Staff was not attentive and the hotel always appeared to be short staffed. For breakfast, lunch or even a hot drink, I would highly recommend going to Cacao Café and Lounge which is a 1-minute walk from the Marriott. We had breakfast here every morning during our holiday. Great service and food.
