Took this hotel as part of a BA package and I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms we had were very large and clean. Breakfast was as expected a continental style and plentiful. Reception area very pleasant to get a tea and coffee as there's no facility in the rooms to make...

Spent a weekend in Prague with my daughter and chose the Cloisters Inn as it was part of a BA deal. What a wonderful and pleasant surprise to be in such a clean and welcoming hotel and so centrally located. The breakfast bar was plentiful and despite not having cooked scrambled eggs and bacon, there were soft and hard boiled...

This hotel was part of a BA package and really couldn't have been better. The location was fab, easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were very efficient and very friendly - nothing was too much trouble for them - they were more than happy to book tickets to shows, taxis and make reservations at restaurants. Standard of...

Stayed here five or six times now, most recently 6th to 8th February. As ever the room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast typical continental style, not outstanding but perfectly adequate. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but free coffee etc is available in the hotel foyer. Location is excellent. About a ten minute...

Have just spent City Break in Prague and stayed at the Cloister Inn Hotel. It was great, lovely staff, enormous room with sofa, chairs, desk and vast bed. Excellent ensuite with amazing shower. Breakfasts were lovely and it was within 10 min walk of all amenities. Highly recommend it.

Ringing in the New Year in Prague was the best experience ever! We all stayed together as family and friends in the Cloister hotel. The rooms were large, airy and very warm. The bathrooms well equipped with hair dryers and shaving mirror that didn’t seem to steam up and showers that never ran cold. On our arrival we had complimentary...

A spotlessly clean hotel, in a quiet street but just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Prague. The staff were very helpful and arranged our transfer from the airport and our return trip. They also arranged a guided tour for us with collection from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, and there were plenty of places to...

Our room was huge! Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the reception (hot chocolate was delicious!!!) we didn't try the breakfast, mainly because we were out late and didn't get up in time, so cant comment on this! But the staff were lovely, the location couldn't have been better, a short walk from Wenceslas square and an even shorter walk to old...

This hotel is amazing. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The rooms are large and have spacious en-suite bathrooms, the shower is one of the best that I've found in hotels it's both powerful and has a wide temperature range. The wifi is free and is very fast. On your arrival there are complimentary beers in the fridge...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
