My wife and I stayed here three nights as part of a package holiday. The room was very comfortable with armchairs and good quality TV. We had three breakfasts and one dinner of good quality in the restaurant. The hotel is used extensively for business conferences and there was a new earth-mover in the foyer! There is a Japanese restaurant...

My room was small, no tea/coffee kettle or faciliies. The wood in the room was old and needed maintenance. One of the cabinet doors i opened to...

We recently stayed for a week and thought this was an excellent hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. . It was very easy to use the Metro and trams to go into the city - we bought tickets at reception and staff clearly explained how to get to the famous locations. There was a huge choice for breakfast...

I have recently stayed in Diplomat hotel for 3 nights with my partner and our 10 months old baby. We have checked in 2 hours earlier without any problem and cot bed was already ready for my baby to have a nap. The receptionist was nice too. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a superior...

If you are looking for a hotel in the old town, this isn't it. But if you don't mind a 1-minute walk to the subway and then a 10-minute ride to the old town, this hotel will do just fine and is cheaper than a comparable one in the old town itself. The hotel is completely modern, with all the...

This is the third City break we have done where we have stayed at a more business orientated hotel slightly out from the tourist Centre, the others being in Budapest and Barcelona. Because we are not night owls, we find it works really well for us in terms of getting more accomodation for your money by buying Day or Week...

Me and my wife stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 night. The day we entered the hotel to check in we met with a senior guy receptionist who was pretty rude and through out our whole stay he was the same. Other receptionist like Jan and ladies always had a smile and showed interest to attend our...

We stayed at The Diplomat for 3 nights, we used a Groupon voucher so we also had a 3 course meal included. When we got to our room (we were supposed to have a superior double, we think it was a standard, but we didn't complain as it was good enough for us) there was a £7 bottle of water...

A nice lobby, restaurant, shops, hair salon, mini-market are just some of the places greeting you upon arrival. There is no first floor...just zero for the lobby then the next floor up is the second floor. Room #504 is a long walk from the elevator, but is quiet. My first impression upon entering is that a smoker has been in...

Me, my mum and my son stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in a superior room on the 8th floor, top floor. They gave us an upgrade to a king size bed, which was lovely. I found a lovely deal on group.ie. I was very happy of the quality and price. The staff are lovely and helpful. Always smiling....
