Hilton Prague garners applause for its cleanliness, with guests consistently commending the spotless rooms and modern facilities. The hotel's location is celebrated for its accessibility to attractions and public transport, despite being a tad distant from the city center for a few. Its atmosphere strikes a balance between vibrancy and tranquility, though noise occasionally disrupts the calm.
While the amenities such as the executive lounge and gym are highlights, travelers have raised concerns about additional costs and the value proposition. Room opinions vary, with praise for comfort clashing with criticisms regarding air conditioning and lighting.

Absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel for a short visit to Prague with the family. Upon our early arrival, the front desk staff allowed us to check in to our room for a small fee which was most welcome after a very early start in the UK. Our room had plenty of space and was nice and clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices on offer. We had a quick visit to the pool during our stay which was quite relaxing. If we return to Prague then we will definetly return here.

Wonderful rooms, location near the river, and amazing breakfast.
Rooms were very comfortable and clean with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries.
Enjoyed the location because it was a short distance from the hustle/bustle of the heavier amount of tourism. Also next door to a pharmacy, drug store and supermarket for any needs you may have.
Breakfast is one of the best we have had anywhere, with many possible selections of breakfast options.

“In December, I stayed at this hotel. The lobby and room were beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. It was easy to park your car in front of the hotel. The city center is about a 20-minute walk, which is quite manageable, and you can also easily and affordably order a taxi.
The room wasn't particularly special but it was spacious, with a large shower that included both a bathtub and a standing cabin. Breakfast offered many options, although it was very busy due to the Christmas period, and there were lines to stand in. The restaurant staff were also very nice.
I had access to the executive lounge, but during happy hour there weren't many warm food options available, so I ended up going to the restaurant where there were plenty of good choices. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!”

I am very disappointed to note that the staff is arrogant and rude: firstly they do not answer the phone from the rooms. Secondly, when you approach them at the reception they treat you with a condescending attitude and disrespect.
The room body wash and shampoo were empty and were not replaced when asked. Not to mention the “shortage” of towels: we were left two days without towels and they were only given after insisting and calling 4 times throughout the day which is unacceptable behavior; they were having “an issue and had a shortage”… (how is it possible to have a towel and robe shortage in a Hilton hotel?)
Furthermore, on New Year’s Eve there was a huge party with very loud music in the hotel hall (not open to ALL clients of the hotel - you had to pay). The rooms all face the hall so inevitably we heard everything, the walls in the room were shaking by how loud the music was and when we asked until how long the music was going to be going on, the staff rudely told us that they had the event on “until 3am, so they couldn’t do anything about it”. Needless to say, we did not sleep until the music ended.
Overall, will not be coming back. Terrible experience at a Hilton hotel unfortunately. Really disappointing.

Dear robzz28, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, including the challenges with service, amenities, and noise during your stay. These matters fall short of our standards, and we are addressing them with our team to ensure improvements. Regarding the New Year’s Eve event, I understand the disruption it caused and sincerely apologize. Details about the celebration were available on our website two months prior, but I regret if this was not clearly communicated. We will work on better managing such events to minimize their impact. Your feedback is invaluable, and I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the exceptional experience you deserve. Sincerely, Victor, Duty Manager

Reading a couple of other reviews I can understand why people are rating this hotel low. We had a king room with a window facing externally so this wasn’t a problem. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The spa and massage was really nice and would recommend a Thai massage which was reasonably priced compared to back home. We were not aware of the 2000 koruna per night deposit. This was quite hefty when we were staying for 3 nights. We then booked a massage and asked for this to come out of the deposit to which they charged us an extra £50. The location is a bit outside of town but we enjoyed the walk into old town as we got to see plenty more of the city. If we are back in Prague I would probably look for a different hotel but it did the job for our stay.

Every year I have the pleasure of staying in Prague for my family's business and this time too we chose the Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, unpleasant situations happen every time that shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel. Now I will list the positive and negative points of our hotel stay. Positives: The hall is very beautiful, the "game" of the elevators which take you to the desired floor with your room card is very interesting.. the elevators are transparent and can be seen from the hall.. I found the guys who work at the hotel bar very professional, especially the guy named Ondrej who also brought us a bowl of water for our dogs.
Negative: We waited a little longer before the room was ready and my father had to stand in a long queue twice... unfortunately the guys at the reception are very slow and unorganized (we have also had problems in the past) The cleaning ladies forgot clean towels, shower caps, to change the shower gel dispenser which ran out... Furthermore it is a very noisy hotel both day and night... the women clean the rooms even during the hours dedicated to rest using the vacuum cleaner and creating a lot of disturbance... there is a lot of mess... suitcases in the corridors etc... we are not were not happy at all.. I hope this review is useful especially for the hotel.. I think that after the corona virus the hotel has had a big drop in style

It was a relaxing trip, we often choose Hilton, but this one was fantastic in every way, we had booked an executive room with two very comfortable queen beds, in the bathroom there was both a shower and a bathtub, including breakfast and a fantastic happy hour. Marlene is an Italian girl, ready at our check in to give us all the information on the hotel services and also on the city with kindness, patience and courtesy, I would say excellence in everything. If we were to return to Prague we will definitely return to this hotel. central location with metro and bus nearby. You can easily walk to visit the city... in 10 minutes on foot you are in the centre. In this hotel there is a casino and three shops... I would say a beautiful hotel with lifts panoramic.

Transferred here for a couple of nights as part of our Christmas Cruise on the Elbe with Viking. Viking have a large presence here and a special location downstairs from reception thus no requirement to book in. Unexpectedly our room was already available before 11:00 and able to leave items before going into the city for some sightseeing. Room was quite a distance from the lifts. Facilities in the hotel were quite extensive but eateries quite expensive compared to places on nearby streets. Spa and pool looked very pleasant but empty and we did not use. Breakfast was buffet style and very extensive with both hot and cold options, thus most enjoyable. Hotel is located near a small shopping mall and outside of the mall is a tram stop or Florenc Metro so very convenient when travel for the over 65's is free.

I was here for a company event for a few days and we were all very happy with the hotel! The room is tastefully and practically furnished. The bed is large and comfortable, the room can be darkened easily and the large TV offers a wide range of European programs. My room also had a great view of the river. The room had lots of cupboards, the obligatory coffee machine and minibar. There were also lots of sockets [adapter not necessary] and various light sources that you can turn off from the bed. The bathroom had good light, lots of storage space and the toilet is in a separate room [practical if there are two people sharing the double room.] The buffet for dinner and breakfast [in the main dining room] were both very good and with a lot of choice. The bar on the roof terrace is also really good, an experience, especially when it's warm enough to sit outside. One of the best business hotels I've stayed in!

Where to start. A massive monolith of a hotel, probably this is where it goes wrong. On arrival had to hunt for luggage which was piled at front entrance, eventually retrieved, Viking claimed would be placed in room. The room, comfortable enough, but a/c and heating, a wizz kids dream, not user friendly, takes a while for temp to change. Having stayed in five stars before, normally paper tissues and Face flannel, but no, had to request. The fridge requires a deposit, this duly done, but three attempts to gain access, substandard service. Asked Teresa at the reception desk, hours later Diana at the concierge, then hours later Michael on the housekeeper fone, finally released fridge to use at 21:00 we had requested at 16:00, but two weeks later they still hang onto my £137.00 deposit, shocking or is that usuery. As for breakfast, bottled orange, everything plastic, unfriendly welcomers at desk. Overall this is a hotel that has lost its way, they were catering for a large event which appeared to be the priority, guests appeared to be secondary. I have stayed previously in hotels where work was being done for an event, this was normally out with 08:00 till 17:00. The general staff appeared to attempt to do their best as the managers swanned about. I am a Hilton Honours member and this is the poorest I have come across. Have never raised concerns before with guest services, this time yes.

I don’t know. I would imagine you could check luggage with the front desk if you arrive too early to check into your room and probably if you have to check out too early for your flight to the airport you could leave it with the desk, but I would advise checking directly with the hotel.
It was a pod machine and, as the previous poster indicated, the coffee generated was dreadful. I would go elsewhere for coffee. Even the coffee at breakfast was awful. It’s dispensed from machines that they, obviously, never clean.
So the soap as well as the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are all in large dispensers mounted on the wall in the shower and/or adjacent to the sink. Toilet was not in same room as shower but there was a small sink in with the toilet. I don’t know what brand the soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion was but it wasn’t anything really nice or upscale like a fine hotel would carry. I almost always bring my own shampoo and conditioner as more and more hotels are doing the dispenser thing with soaps and lotions. It’s much cheaper for them, but usually cheaper means a compromise in quality IMHO.
Not especially close to the Christmas Markets but it was manageable- 20-30 minute walk. The area around the hotel is safe and there is a mall across the street as well as many independent shops and restaurants. Location was fine. Just found the hotel lacking.
There are more places to choose from in the Prague area.
